- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, Retail, Consumer Electronics, or Category Management.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, demand planning, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to work with brands and suppliers to negotiate win-win deals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar platforms) is a plus.
