工作描述
任职要求 1. 熟悉常见的机器学习算法(LR、GBDT、DNN、Transformer等),掌握召回、排序、CTR/CVR预估等核心建模流程; 2. 具备扎实的搜推广相关项目经验者优先,尤其欢迎在以下任一方向有深入实践者: a. 召回排序 b. 外投广告 c. 低活低购用户的推荐冷启 d. 大模型范式在推荐场景的应用 3. 熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等主流框架,具备良好的工程实现能力,能独立完成从算法设计到线上部署的全流程; 4. 对算法有强烈热情,具备优秀的逻辑思维、抽象建模能力和跨团队协作意识,能够在复杂业务中提炼技术问题并推动落地; 5. 具备以下条件者优先考虑: a. 在KDD、SIGIR、WWW、ICML、NeurIPS、RecSys等国际顶会发表过相关论文; b. 在ACM、数学建模、天池、Kaggle等竞赛中取得优异成绩; c. 有大规模在线广告、推荐系统、大型语言模型研究及应用的实战经验。 工作职责 我们是淘天集团淘宝用户算法团队,致力于通过外投广告算法、商品推荐…
