工作职责
1、负责数据中心SoC的内存子系统的软件解决方案分析和设计，参与相关的客户需求评估、软硬件架构设计等工作 2、参与DDR相关的固件和应用工具开发工作 3、与芯片研发团队协作，通过仿真、原型等方法验证内存子系统的功能及性能完整性 4、参与各类DDR子系统相关的底层软硬件问题解决，通过RAS能力增强、端到端容错方案设计等方法，保障芯片线上运行稳定性
