工作职责


1. Performance Management & Analytics
•	Lead monthly/weekly performance deep dives (first mile, sortation, linehaul, last mile).
•	Build and maintain KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and root cause reviews.
•	Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
2. P&L Deep Dive & Cost Analysis
•	Conduct CPP (Cost per Parcel) and RPP (Revenue per Parcel) deep dives at network level.
•	Support EBIT bridge analysis with Finance Business Partner (FBP).
•	Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess cost/revenue impact of operational changes.
3. 3PL Performance Management
•	Monitor and review 3PL SLA compliance across the network.
•	Work with Partnerships team to identify underperforming subcontractors and recommend improvement/exit plans.
•	Develop scorecards and review cadence for 3PL governance.
4. Claims & Loss Management
•	Oversee parcel claims, loss, and damage analysis across the network.
•	Identify root causes and design corrective actions in collaboration with Ops and HSSE.
•	Ensure claims/losses are reflected in P&L tracking and partner discussions.
5. Customer Promise & Priority Delivery
•	Monitor adherence to customer promise SLAs (standard delivery, priority, same-day).
•	Provide insights on promise slippage and partner with Ops to implement fixes.
•	Support new service launches (e.g., priority delivery, scheduled delivery).
6. Shipping Fee & Rate Card Analysis
•	Lead analysis of shipping fee rate cards across Lazada Platform, 3PV (Third Party Volume), FBL (Fulfilled by Lazada), and MCL (Multi-Channel Logistics).
•	Partner with commercial & finance teams to review competitiveness vs cost-to-serve.
•	Provide recommendations for rate adjustments, promotions, and subsidy impacts.
7. Market & Competitor Insights
•	Conduct industry outlook and market intelligence to identify external trends impacting logistics.
•	Perform competitor benchmarking (pricing, service models, cost structure).
•	Provide insights to guide Lazada’s strategic positioning in SEA logistics.

TEAM, ROLE INTRODUCTION: The Strategy, Performance Management & Intelligence (S&PMI) team is in charge of managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) covering service performance, contract compliance, network and operation compliance and market intelligence.
