Qualifications
•	Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field, qualification to practice law in Thailand or professional qualifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma/Cert in AML, ACCA, CPA) are strongly preferred.
•	At least 8 years of relevant regulatory, and/or payment legal advisory experience, with solid exposure to payment services, lending, fintech or consulting firms;
•	Demonstrable track record in regulatory compliance matters, with practical experience advising on payment regulatory and legal issues;
•	Thorough understanding of Thailand’s regulatory framework and applicable AML/CFT laws, BOT regulations, and reporting requirements;
•	Experience reviewing and advising on lending and payment-related legal documentation;
