Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、数学或相关专业。
2. 2年以上软件研发经验，具备扎实的编程能力（Python/Java/C++至少一种），具备数据库设计与开发经验（如MySQL、MongoDB等），有一定复杂项目经验；了解机器学习基础及主流深度学习框架者优先。
3. 对AI有深入认知，掌握LLM核心原理及实践方法，熟悉Agent框架设计逻辑，在RAG、Prompt工程、向量化技术等应用层具备技术落地能力。
4. 有商品理解、信息抽取、NLP或多模态项目经验者优先，熟悉电商领域数据特点和业务逻辑。
5. 具备良好的系统设计能力和工程落地经验，能独立完成模块设计、开发与性能调优。

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of software development experience, with solid programming skills (proficient in at least one of Python, Java, or C++), hands-on experience in database design and development (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), and experience with complex projects; basic knowledge of machine learning and mainstream deep learning frameworks is a plus.
3. Deep understanding of AI, with mastery of LLM core principles and practical methods, familiarity with Agent framework design logic, and hands-on implementation capability in application-layer technologies such as RAG, prompt engineering, and vectorization.
