能够独立完成需求分析，并将业务问题转化为清晰、可落地的系统方案；
具备较强的结构化思考、跨团队沟通和项目推动能力；
具备数据意识，能够发现问题并评估优化效果；
中文和英语流利，可作为工作语言，能够完成跨团队沟通和文档撰写。
