任职要求
本科及以上，具备3年以上互联网产品或产品运营经验，有零售电商/本地生活服务/闪购/即时零售业态经验，有从0到1搭建产品或业务体系经验者优先
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in Internet products or product operations, preferably with experience in retail e-commerce/local life services/groceries/immediate retail sectors, and prior experience in building product or business systems from scratch is a plus

技术理解力强：熟悉互联网产品技术架构（前端/后端/数据链路），能与研发团队高效沟通技术方案，具备一定的技术方案评审能力，有技术背景（计算机/软件工程/数据分析等）或技术产品经理经验者优先
Strong technical understanding: Familiar with the technical architecture of internet products (frontend/backend/data linkages), able to communicate technical solutions efficiently with R&D teams, possesses certain capability in reviewing technical solutions, and prior experience with a technical background (computer science/software engineering/data analysis, etc.) or as a technical product manager is preferred.

产品能力扎实：熟悉产品全生命周期管理，能独立完成需求分析、PRD撰写、原型设计、数据埋点规划及效果复盘，有用户端/商家端/履约端至少两端的完整产品经验
