工作描述
任职要求 职位要求： 1.计算机、人工智能、数学、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先； 2.对视频生成、扩散模型、大模型与强化学习有强烈兴趣，具备较强的技术好奇心和自驱力； 3.扎实的编程与算法基础，熟悉 Python，熟练使用 PyTorch 等深度学习框架； 4.对 AIGC（视频/图像生成）、LLM、RL 中至少一个方向有实际项目或研究经历； 5.具备问题分析与拆解能力，能在复杂业务目标下推动方案落地； 6.良好的沟通协作能力，能与产品、算法、工程、运营等跨职能团队高效配合。 加分项： 1.视频生成模型后训练、扩散模型加速/蒸馏、推理优化（量化、并行、缓存）相关经验； 2.广告/电商素材生成、创意脚本生成、CTR 预估或营销效果优化相关经验； 3.多 Agent 系统、工具调用、RLHF / RLAIF / Agen…
