任职要求
- 3+ year experience as a data scientist - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data analysis - Proficiency at SQL, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Experience in consumer/retail/internet companies or international strategy/operations firm is a big plus - Fluent in Korean and Chinese, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment - Strong logical and critical thinking skills to highlight complex problems; intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Dynamic personality with quick reaction to changing environments and ability to work under pressure. - Ability to communicate in easy words to non-technical stakeholders Note: This position is based in Seoul, Korea/ Hangzhou,China
工作职责
- Design and implement advanced data models and algorithms to extract insights from large and complex datasets, focusing on business growth and optimization in the Korea market. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop data-driven solutions to address strategic challenges. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements. - Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner and support major business decisions
With expert knowledge on the [Hotel or Flight or New Product] product, guide both new and existing Advisors on service-related best practices;Liaise with the IBU Procedure Team and other Stakeholders to create and maintain customer and service-orientated procedures;Work closely with relevant Team Leaders/Group Leaders to fully understand both Customer and Advisor pain points and inefficiencies which can be optimized;Always question the status quo. There is always be a better way of doing things;Advocate the Trip.com culture and standards;Assist with any ad hoc projects and tasks from Group Leaders/Managers where necessary

- Collaborate with business units to understand their products, services, and regulatory obligations. - Assist in maintaining and improving compliance policies, procedures, and controls to manage regulatory risks. - Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring reviews and risk assessments. - Take ownership of delivering regulatory training across the business. - Support the complaints handling process, especially with escalated cases. - Review marketing materials, client communications, and website content to ensure regulatory compliance. - Help maintain records, registers, and reports for the Compliance department. - Work closely with internal teams and external regulators to promote a positive compliance culture.
