1. 5年以上平台风险管理、合规、流程管理相关的工作经验； 2. 互联网、咨询、金融、法律等行业工作经验，熟悉跨境电商平台者、了解电商供应链体系者优先； 3. 良好的沟通协作能力，细致认真，有和技术、产品、算法、运营等团队的合作经验，有较强的资源整合及沟通协调能力； 4.熟悉合规领域的法律法规，了解政府监管模式； 5. 能适应英语环境工作，日语流利优先; 6. 乐观担当，不惧挑战。 1.At least 5 year(s) experience with platform risk management, compliance and process management; 2.Candidates with working experience in e-commerce, consulting, finance, law and other, with strong knowledge of cross-border e-commerce platforms and supply chain system are preferred; 3.Have good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous and careful, Able to work collaboratively with technical, product, algorithm, and operation teams. Have strong resource integration and communication coordination skills; 4.Familiar with laws and regulations in the compliance field, and understanding of government regulatory models; 5.Proficient in English to communication，fluency in Japanese is preferred; 6.Optimistic and responsible, unafraid of challenges.
工作职责
1. 负责阿里国际电商平台速卖通日本区域风险管理 2. 从平台视角，对各种业务场景进行评估，制定全链路合规治理思路，包括但不限于风控产品优化、策略主动/被动防控、负向投诉闭环等，平衡体验与安全，确保平台全球范围内符合合规要求； 3.以法律法规为基础，对合规体系进行建设，并确保有效落实； 4.对电商供应链进行商品合规管理，确保供应体系中商品合规； 5.和各监管部门进行有效沟通，避免合规监管风险； 6.良好的项目管理能力，整合产研资源，协同上下游各职能团队，推动重要风控项目落地实施，实现风险控制和商业价值的完美平衡。 1.Responsible for the Japan market compliance and risk management of AliExpress, Alibaba's global e-commerce platform; 2.From the platform perspective, evaluate various business scenarios, formulate full-chain compliance governance ideas, including but not limited to risk control product optimization, proactive/passive defense strategies, negative complaint closed-loop, etc., balance experience and security, and ensure compliance requirements are met globally on the platform; 3.Based on laws and regulations, construct a compliance system and ensure effective implementation; 4.Manage product compliance in the e-commerce supply chain to ensure compliance of products in the supply system; 5.Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities to avoid compliance and regulatory risks; 6.Good project management skills, integrate production and research resources, collaborate with upstream and downstream functional teams, promote the implementation of important risk control projects, and achieve a perfect balance between risk control and business value.

Be responsible for XPENG's overseas customer experience, including a series of work such as user research, result analysis, problem transmission, and closed-loop management. 2. Be responsible for the NPS research of overseas existing customers to ensure that the research process and data transmission comply with overseas compliance requirements. 3. Be familiar with VOC data analysis methods, effectively identify the top issues in service experience and product experience, and effectively transmit them to each country side and business side. 4. Design the closed - loop management process for experience issues, collaborate with the product team to realize online operation, and follow up on the progress of problem closure. 5. Produce weekly and monthly reports on overseas customer experience and special analysis plans for problems, and organize periodic reporting meetings.

This role is crucial in helping Keeta establish strong working relationships with local government bodies and regulatory agencies in Kuwait, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with all local laws and regulations in the delivery industry. The ideal candidate should have a background in government relations, regulatory affairs, or relevant public sector roles, especially in the context of logistics, transportation, or food delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1、Government Relations & Compliance Management: Establish and maintain connections with key government departments related to food delivery. Navigate local regulatory frameworks, ensuring Keeta is fully compliant with transportation, health and labor laws. Act as the main liaison between Keeta and logistic relevant authorities to facilitate business operations and approvals. Ensure that all compliance processes are properly documented and followed. 2、Regulatory & Legal Support: Provide guidance and support in obtaining necessary permits and certifications, including health cards for riders and food safety approvals for delivery operations. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation to local authorities. Keep track of any changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise internal teams on necessary adaptations. 3、Process Optimization: Collaborate with local authorities to streamline the compliance process and ensure timely approvals for new operations or service expansions. Identify potential risks or gaps in compliance and propose solutions to mitigate these risks effectively.
