任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学、电子商务或相关专业。
2、2年以上产品经理经验,有跨境电商平台经验者优先。
3、具备出色的沟通和协调能力,能够与不同团队有效合作,推动项目进展。
4、对电商行业有深入理解,善于分析数据,具备敏锐的市场洞察力和创新思维。
5、能够流畅进行英文阅读和日常口语沟通,有海外学习或工作经验者优先。
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, e-commerce or related fields.
2、 More than 2 years of experience as a product manager. Applicants with experience in cross-border e-commerce platforms are preferred.
3、 Have excellent communication and coordination skills and be able to work effectively with different teams to promote project progress.
4、 Have an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry, be good at analyzing data, and have keen market insight and innovative thinking.
5、 Ability to read and communicate in English fluently. Applicants with overseas study or work experience will be given priority.
工作职责
1、负责LAZADA商家工作台(PC&APP)、商家基础能力、商家经营健康产品规划与管理,制定并执行产品策略,以驱动业务增长和商家满意度提升。 2、对商家经营模式、工具,东南亚电商有较深的理解,可从商家经营视角组织和迭代工作台 3、了解商家的经营诉求,进行竞品分析,为产品创新提供有力的市场洞察 4、与跨部门团队协作,包括设计、开发、运营等,确保产品功能的顺利上线和优化。 5、监控产品性能指标,定期进行数据分析,以优化产品功能并解决商家痛点。 1、Responsible for product planning and management of LAZADA seller workstation (PC&APP) , seller basic capabilities,seller health, formulating and executing product strategies to drive business growth and merchant satisfaction. 2、Have a deep understanding of merchant business models, tools, and Southeast Asian e-commerce, and be able to organize and iterate the workbench from the perspective of merchant operations 3、Deeply understand market and merchant needs, conduct competitive analysis, and provide market insights for product innovation. 4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and operations, to ensure smooth product feature launches and improvements. 5、Monitor product performance metrics, conduct regular data analysis, and optimize product features to address user pain points.
1、负责Lazada商家平台的算法研发,提升商家体验和运营效率。 2、设计和实施机器学习模型,解决推荐、搜索、排序等关键业务问题。 3、与产品和运营团队紧密合作,通过数据驱动优化业务策略,高效完成业务目标。 4、参与系统架构设计,确保算法的可扩展性和性能。 5、持续跟踪业界新算法和技术,推动技术创新和应用。 1、Responsible for algorithm development on the Lazada selller platform, enhancing seller experience and operational efficiency. 2、Design and implement machine learning models to address key business issues such as recommendation, search, and ranking. 3、Collaborate closely with product and operation teams, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business strategies and achieve business targets efficiently. 4、Participate in system architecture design, ensuring algorithm scalability and performance. 5、Continuously track the latest algorithms and technologies in the industry, promoting innovation and application.
1、负责商家基础平台相关产品设计工作,能够结合商家和业务场景诉求,完善平台产品能力建设,提升商家经营体验; 2、负责商家入驻及类目资质产品规则实现,能够独立完成需求洞察、需求分析、PRD撰写、原型设计及交互文档输出; 3、负责协调业务方、运营、技术等上下游合作伙伴资源,有效推动产品方案发布上线; 4、负责建立并完善产品动线数据,分析客户行为、咨询、转化率等指标,结合客户调研制定产品优化方案产品策略;
1、负责商家端基础产品规划与方案设计(PC&APP双端),包括商家端PC首页&APP管理页、账号登录、角色权限、菜单及应用管理、操作日志、商家基础设置、运营位等通用模块的产品设计与优化; 2、深入理解外卖及本地生活行业商家经营场景,了解商家经营链路和操作角色,构建安全、灵活、可扩展的角色权限管理体系与品牌组织架构; 3、优化商家端登录体验与账号安全机制,支持多端统一身份认证,在商户主体认证、资金结算、余额提现等关键节点做好鉴权和动态核身(人脸识别、手机验证登),保障商家基础操作体验及账号安全; 4、联动上下游业务,设计标准化、可配置、可拓展的商家运营后台,包括菜单配置、APP罗汉位设置、运营位设置等,支撑业务快速迭代与差异化运营需求; 5、完善全链路产品埋点、操作日志追踪、商家经营行为追踪能力,满足风控合规及商家内部管理诉求。要求具备较强数据分析能力,建立完善的商家产品监控体系、预警体系; 6、与业务、技术、算法、安全、客服、用研等团队紧密协作,推动框架能力平台化,提升产品稳定性与可维护性,保障大促和日常营销平稳运行。
