Operational System Development & Optimization - Optimize the monetization operations framework, including advertiser education, ad placement strategies, and funnel optimization. - Establish standardized processes and operational mechanisms to achieve automation and intelligent monetization operations. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract advertisers and merchants while increasing their willingness to pay. - Design marketing tools and promotional programs, such as discounts, cashback, and incentive schemes, to boost ad spend and merchant engagement. 3. Data-Driven Growth & Business Decision-Making - Refine key data metrics and analytical frameworks to gain deep insights into advertiser and merchant behaviors, driving continuous strategy iteration. - Develop data tools and analytical models to enhance revenue forecasting, market segmentation, and precision marketing. - Leverage A/B testing and experimental design to improve advertiser efficiency and lifetime value (LTV). - Utilize financial models (e.g., ARPU, LTV, ROI) to develop business optimization plans that maximize revenue potential. 4. • Key stakeholder in the game leadership team, working directly with the Game Lead and collaborating closely with your peers across other functions • Support the Game Lead on strategic activities including business strategy, planning, and go to market strategy for soft launch, global launch and post launch live operations • Develop and own the live ops and monetization strategy for the game, taking into account audience expectations and the required milestones and target metrics • Own the roadmap of features and tools needed to grow, innovate and improve live ops of the game, and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders. Define clear and measurable goals for each initiative driven and understand how it will lead to achieving your business goals. • Bring to the team an understanding of best-in-class F2P live ops activities, feature design and monetization mechanics • Ensure your team's decision making is based on a foundation of solid data and player insights, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Game Analytics and Research, and continuously assess whether you are prioritizing the highest impact opportunities to improve the player experience and reach your business goals. • Work closely with key cross functional stakeholders across Game Analytics, Research, Live Operations & Monetization, and Marketing, ensuring close alignment with each stakeholder and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth

Responsible for developing and implementing client conversion strategies within the Internationalized commercial products monetization department to help clients grow into effective monthly Proactive accounts (eMAA); 2. Identify customer pain points and conversion bottlenecks in different industries and regions around the world, generate solutions, and determine priorities; 3. Collaborate with the Product & RD team to optimize the conversion funnel using productization methods and AI tools, and continuously monitor and optimize product performance.

Responsible for Global Monetization Platform transaction system payment section product management(local payment solutions, business balance account management & cash flow management etc.,). Deliver respective payment solutions to meet various customer segment's business requirements for revenue growth purposes; 2. Lead product vision, strategy, development and deployment for the entire product by working with different stakeholders across the organization. Be accountable for the product's performance; 3. Responsible for customer's experience and providing sustainable and stable service to multiple business lines across product's ecosystem; 4. Monitor product performance closely and work cross-functionally to quickly identify problems and implement solutions.
