- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, utilizing payroll software. - Verify attendance, overtime, and other relevant data to ensure accurate calculation of wages. -Reviewed and applied changes to benefits & allowance policies to the eligible employees. - Coordinate with HR team to ensure all employee information is up to date. - Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner. - Generate payroll reports for management as needed. - Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll transactions. - Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and adjust processes accordingly.

Process improvement: * Drives HR operation process definition, improvement, and gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with key internal stakeholders; * Identifies process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues and uses data to make fact-based decisions for process improvement; * Makes process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs; * Works with cross functional teams to ensure the development of an efficient and scalable end to end process; * Coordinates with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support the process deployment; * Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders; * Supports Process Owners in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc. Project management: * Creates, manages, and drives regional/cross-country project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques; * Drives alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring;

• Process PCB Library requests for new parts and analyze/modify existing library parts per DFM/design consideration. • Works closely with Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Component Engineers, and Process Engineers to build PCB component footprints. Develop and maintain mechanical component and electrical component libraries by taking assembly, reliability and DFM points into account. • Maintain and optimize the PCB library management process. Understand and implement to current IPC standards, and DFM guidelines, while supplying to improve our current PCB/ECAD/MCAD library process/rules. • New PCB/PCBA technology/process study and reasonability estimation.
