岗位名称:频道场域运营&营销 职位描述: 1. 负责百万级DAU的频道运营,以提升用户交易体验和成交转化为目标,确认用户的核心痛点并完成优化,提升频道的导购能力和心智建设; 2. 精细化运营频道的人-货-场-营销活动的匹配,优化频道模块功能及圈品逻辑,持续提升频道效率; 3. 推动跨部门合作,协同产品/买手等团队快速落地横向方案,共同达成业务目标;
1.销售流程优化:熟悉连锁品牌团队BD“找约谈签上运”全流程和作业痛点,建立标准化运营流程,提高团队运营效率; 2.销售工具建设:识别制约销售人效提升的关键点,推动产研团队搭建销售工具并落地应用; 3.商家工具建设:识别商家需求和痛点,推动商家端产品能力优化,帮助商家线上运营提效; 4.项目管理:以项目管理方式,保障关键业务流程和产品能力可有效落地执行,充分调动策略、产品、运营团队资源,驱动连锁品牌团队达成业务目标。 What You'll Do: 1.Sales Process Optimization: Familiarize with the entire "find-interview-sign-onboard-operate" process and operational pain points of the franchise brand team BD, and establish standardized operational processes to enhance team efficiency. 2.Sales Tool Development: Identify key points that constrain the improvement of sales productivity, and drive the product and research teams to build and implement sales tools. 3.Merchant Tool Development: Identify merchant needs and pain points, and promote optimization of merchant-side product capabilities to enhance online operational efficiency for merchants. 4.Project Management: Use project management methods to ensure effective execution of key business processes and product capabilities. Fully mobilize resources from strategy, product, and operation team to drive the franchise brand team in achieving business objectives.

Sales Process Optimization: Understand the whole BD process and operation pain points of the SMB team, promote the production and research team to build sales tools, establish a standardized operation process, and improve the team's operational efficiency. 2. Sales Tool Development: Identify key points that constrain sales productivity improvement, and drive the product and research teams to develop and implement sales tools. 3. Merchant Tool Development: Identify merchant needs and pain points, and promote optimization of merchant-side product capabilities to enhance online operational efficiency for merchants. 4. Project Management: Utilize project management to ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to effectively support the SMB team in achieving its business goals.
1、对小鹏海外客户体验负责,包含用户调研、结果分析、问题传递、闭环管理等一系列工作; 2、负责海外保有客户NPS调研,保证调研过程及数据传递符合海外合规要求; 3、熟悉VOC数据分析方法,有效定位服务体验及产品体验TOP问题,有效传递给各国家端及业务端; 4、设计体验问题闭环管理流程,协同产品团队实现线上化,跟进问题闭环进度; 5、输出海外客户体验周报、月报,问题专项分析方案,组织周期汇报会议。 1. Be responsible for XPENG's overseas customer experience, including a series of work such as user research, result analysis, problem transmission, and closed-loop management. 2. Be responsible for the NPS research of overseas existing customers to ensure that the research process and data transmission comply with overseas compliance requirements. 3. Be familiar with VOC data analysis methods, effectively identify the top issues in service experience and product experience, and effectively transmit them to each country side and business side. 4. Design the closed - loop management process for experience issues, collaborate with the product team to realize online operation, and follow up on the progress of problem closure. 5. Produce weekly and monthly reports on overseas customer experience and special analysis plans for problems, and organize periodic reporting meetings.
1.通过高效预约与上门拜访,寻找愿与美团 Keeta 合作的餐饮商户并达成合作协议。 2.协助合作餐厅在平台开设外卖网店,并且能为商户提供线上业务管理培训。 3.为商家的外卖业务运营提供专业方案,帮助商家提升营业额,与keeta一起合作共赢。 4.定期回访合作餐厅,维护客户关系,协同各部门处理解决日常疑问。 1.Identify and secure partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with Meituan Keeta through efficient scheduling and in-person visits, negotiating cooperation agreements. 2.Assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores on the platform and provide training for managing their online business operations . 3.Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assist merchants in increasing their turnover, and achieve win - win cooperation with Keeta. 4.Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.
