Must hold a long-term work visa or permanent residency status. 3.Experience: 3+ years of cross-border logistics experience. 工作职责
Job Description: 1.Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies and refined operational plans based on business requirements and the service offerings of logistics providers. 2.Coordination & Management: Coordinate with local courier service providers to resolve operational issues, manage internal cross-departmental communication, and ensure accountability for route costs, delivery times, and customer experience. 3.Process Optimization: Deeply engage with all stages of the cross-border logistics chain, oversee each link, and continuously optimize business processes and systems as the operational stakeholder. 4.Problem Resolution & Compliance: Address operational anomalies, control local logistics costs, and complete project tasks assigned by the company. 1. 跨境电商物流运营,根据电商业务需求及物流服务商的服务产品供给,给出合理的运营策略,精细化运营方案; 2. 负责协调当地快递服务商管理运营问题,及协调内部的合作沟通,对线路成本、时效以及客户体验负责; 3. 深入跨境物流全链路各环节,把控每个环节,作为业务方对流程和系统进行不断优化和完善; 4. 处理各类运营异常,管控本地物流成本,及完成公司安排的项目性工作。

The team comprises more than 300 staff spread throughout business groups as well as corporate level activities such as general commercial, IP, litigation, employment, M&A and investment. The largest team of lawyers works in Hangzhou, and we also have lawyers in other cities in Mainland China, as well as Hong Kong, Paris, Madrid, London, Sao Paulo, Mexico, South East Asia, and the U.S., etc. Many of our lawyers are at least bilingual and have worked in other leading companies and law firms. The legal work is dynamic, fast-paced and challenging. Position Sought We seek to hire a commercial legal counsel or senior legal counsel who will be a key member of the growing legal team supporting AliExpress’ global consumer facing e-commerce platform and services. The attorney will be based in our Hangzhou headquarters. The key areas and requirements that we are looking for are those listed below: Primary Responsibilities 1. Reporting to General Counsel, AliExpress, advise on legal aspects of the platform’s international expansion of current and proposed new e-commerce offerings. 2. Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of the implementation of commercial agreements, business models and strategies, business operations, marketing activities, and product offerings. 3. Research local laws and regulations in relevant local jurisdictions and manage outside counsel. 4. Provide advice on platform compliance, product listing compliance, local and cross border logistics, import/export, and payment acceptance. 5. Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and commercial agreements. 6. Develop in-house legal tools and policies, and conduct trainings to business units.
1. Track and visualize key operational metrics in dashboards and reports to support logistics performance improvement. 2. Reconcile invoices from partner companies with internal data; identify and resolve anomalies. 3. Maintain accurate cost and KPI dashboards; support regular financial reporting and audits. 4. Build tools and dashboards to support workforce management at sort centers. 5. Support modeling and forecasting for partner operations, including cost, volume, and performance indicators. 6. Develop tools (e.g., Excel/VBA-based) to simulate the impact of business decisions on costs and KPIs. 7. Assist with presentations, annual budgeting, market research, and other strategic operations initiatives.
1. Conduct thorough analysis of Kuwait market demands, including but not limited to service products, merchant needs, and customer experience. Improve Rider Performance and Optimize Delivery Experience: Focus on rider cancellation and rejection rates, and develop strategies to improve on-time delivery and order fulfillment rates, ensuring an overall excellent delivery experience. 2. Incentivize Quality Service: Encourage riders to improve delivery quality through positive guidance measures, such as establishing a scoring incentive system. 3. Differentiated Assessment and Control: Develop differentiated rider evaluation plans based on various capacity types and business models to ensure service quality during fulfillment. 4. Continuous Improvement and Violation Control: Continuously improve rider performance through training, incentives, and control systems to reduce violations. 5. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Monitor and analyze delivery-related data to identify and resolve potential issues.
