1、负责阿里国际技术品牌的建设与推广,提升品牌在行业内的影响力和认知度。 2、策划并执行线上线下活动,与技术团队紧密合作,展示公司技术实力,吸引行业关注。 3、制定并实施有效的公关策略,与媒体、合作伙伴建立良好关系,扩大品牌曝光度。 4、分析市场动态,研究竞品,为品牌定位和策略调整提供数据支持。 5、协调内部资源,推动跨部门合作,确保品牌项目的顺利进行。
1.产品重塑与PMF验证 (Re-design & PMF):诊断现有产品问题,重点关注入驻体验、运营效率、交易合规、营销获客等环节。重新设计 商家端核心产品线,包括但不限于:商家运营工作台、询盘管理/报价系统、内容营销工具、数据分析及报表等,以匹配欧洲商家的精细化、高合规性和效率优先的诉求。负责在欧洲市场开展PMF验证,通过快速迭代和指标跟踪,确保新产品体系能有效服务欧洲高价值商家。 2.本土化与差异化定制 (Localization & Customization):深挖欧洲商家(特别是中小企业和品牌商)在多渠道管理、本地物流/仓储、税务合规、支付习惯、客户服务等方面的特殊需求,并转化为具体的产品功能。确保所有产品设计严格遵守欧洲本土的商业规范和法律法规。 3.AI与技术整合 (AI & Technology Leverage):主导 AI 技术在商家产品中的应用,例如:利用 AI 赋能的智能报价、多语言内容生成、商家信用/资质评估、以及客户管理( CRM )集成等,提升欧洲商家的运营效率和获客转化率。高效整合 Alibaba.com 国际站现有成熟的后端能力,并进行必要的二次开发和接口定制,服务欧洲前台产品。 4.跨职能协作与团队管理 (Leadership & Collaboration):作为商家端产品的关键对外接口,与欧洲本地的运营、销售、法务团队紧密协作,协调国内中台技术产品等资源共同解决本地问题。招聘和指导一支具有全球视野和本土执行力的产品经理团队。 1. Product Re-design and PMF Validation :Diagnose issues in the current product, with a focus on areas such as onboarding experience, operational efficiency, transaction compliance, and marketing/customer acquisition.Re-design the core seller-side product line, including but not limited to: the Seller Operations Workbench, Inquiry Management/Quotation System, Content Marketing Tools, Data Analytics, and Reporting, to match the European sellers' demands for precision, high compliance, and efficiency.Lead the Product-Market Fit (PMF) validation in the European market, ensuring the new product ecosystem effectively serves high-value European merchants through rapid iteration and metric tracking. 2. Localization and Differentiated Customization:Deeply investigate the specific needs of European merchants (especially SMEs and brand owners) in areas like multi-channel management, local logistics/warehousing, tax compliance, payment habits, and customer service, and translate these into concrete product features.Ensure all product designs strictly adhere to European local business norms and legal regulations. 3. AI and Technology Leverage:Spearhead the application of AI technology in seller products, such as AI-powered intelligent quotation, multi-lingual content generation, seller credit/qualification assessment, and Customer Relationship Management integration, to enhance European sellers' operational efficiency and customer acquisition conversion rate.Efficiently integrate the existing mature backend capabilities of Alibaba.com, performing necessary secondary development and interface customization to support the European front-end products. 4. Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration :Act as the key external interface for seller-side products, collaborating closely with local European Operations, Sales, and Legal teams, and coordinating domestic resources such as central platform technology and product teams to jointly resolve local issues.Recruit and mentor a product management team that possesses global vision and local execution capabilities.

Act as a strategic design consultant, providing forward-looking insights for the Honor brand from an aesthetic perspective, guiding potential design innovation directions, and enhancing the differentiated competitiveness of products and the brand. 2. Collaborate with the design team to establish Honor’s aesthetic philosophy, leveraging design to drive product competitiveness and brand image enhancement. Orchestrate end-to-end aesthetic strategies to ensure unity, forward-thinking, and innovation across the broader design system. 3. Deeply engage in key design projects, systematically applying the overall aesthetic philosophy to practical initiatives. Provide design suggestions and improvement directions through participation in critical design decision-making nodes to ensure a closed loop from aesthetics to implementation. 4. Serve as Honor’s chief aesthetic spokesperson externally, maintaining deep partnerships with international design agencies, material suppliers, and technical partners to introduce cutting-edge design concepts and resources. Represent the company in international design awards (e.g., Red Dot, iF, IDEA) and industry forums to enhance the brand’s design influence.
• Responsible on creative conceptualize, core campaign idea, craft, and lead the visual execution and video content creation for product marketing campaigns. • Responsible for the product into the global visual experience of the worldwide market, including core creative ideas, visual content management, and layout. Transforming marketing objectives into a cohesive and powerful visual narrative that lives seamlessly across different channels, platforms. • Develop and present compelling creative concepts, mood boards, and visual frameworks to internal teams and multiples region. • Responsible for the product series art direction, including but not limited to product series' key visuals, product proofs, typography design, editorial design, KSP video, contents idea and other creative collateral materials creation. • Independently responsible for designing assets for marketing campaigns and closely working with other departments with efficient communication and cooperation, having the capabilities to create a full campaign works and ideas. • Work closely with producer and copywriter, production and be able to filter the most relevant business needs and work with them on image/video assignments to achieve global standards of work.
