5. Experience in the following logistics industry areas is preferred:
- Transportation management systems, sortation center management systems and labor management systems.

工作职责
1、Responsible for product design on the LAZADA platform, understanding user needs, formulating and executing product design strategies to enhance user experience. 2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and operations, to drive innovation and optimization of product features. 3、Conduct market research and analyze competitors to provide data-driven insights and innovative design ideas. 4、Create and maintain product design documentation, including prototypes, flowcharts, and user stories, ensuring clarity and feasibility of designs. 5、Track user feedback after product launch and continuously refine designs to improve user satisfaction and product performance. 1、负责LAZADA平台的产品设计,理解用户需求,制定并执行产品设计策略,提升用户体验。 2、与跨职能团队协作,包括业务、技术、运营等部门,共同推动产品功能的创新和优化。 3、进行市场研究,分析竞品,为产品设计提供数据支持和创新思路。 4、创建并维护产品设计文档,包括原型、流程图、用户故事等,确保设计的清晰度和可实施性。 5、跟踪产品上线后的用户反馈,持续优化设计,以提高用户满意度和产品性能。
- Manage FBA PM team which cover topics including business trend, program operations, and product management. - Identify opportunities across the Global Selling Seller segments and life cycle, build up new products/services to help the growth of Global Selling sellers, define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products. - Clearly define and communicate product requirements, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners. - Own the CN to worldwide logistics product design and development. Work with CN tech teams and global tech teams to improve product features. - Lead and develop a team composed by product manager, program manager, carrier manager, and sales ops to accomplish product launch and adoption goals.
Job responsibilities: 1. Have a certain understanding of all aspects of Hong Kong's local distribution and import/export business, design logistics fulfillment processes according to customer demands, and promote internal and external resources to achieve them 2. According to the operation goals, formulate a systematic operation strategy and achieve phased results 3. According to operation data analysis and user feedback, continuously optimize product user experience
Job Requirements: 1. Local Logistics Network Development and Management •Responsible for the selection, negotiation, contract management, and operational optimization of logistics service providers (e.g., couriers, last-mile delivery, warehouse providers) for AliExpress in Brazil. •Build an efficient and cost-effective delivery network to ensure timely logistics coverage across core and remote areas in Brazil. •Monitor KPIs of logistics providers (delivery success rate, transit time, damage rate, complaint rate), and drive continuous improvement. 2. Warehouse and Distribution Operations Optimization •Manage local warehouses (owned or 3PL partners), optimizing inventory turnover, sorting efficiency, and outbound speed. •Develop local delivery strategies including standard shipping, express delivery, and reverse logistics (returns and exchanges). •Optimize delivery routes to reduce logistics costs and enhance user experience. 3. Logistics Product and User Growth Support •Design logistics service solutions for the Brazilian market (e.g., free shipping, guaranteed delivery times) to improve user conversion and repeat purchase rates. •Collaborate with the local AliExpress sales team to develop logistics support plans for major promotional events. •Analyze user feedback on logistics experience and drive improvements in logistics services and internal processes. 4. Cost Control and Data Analysis •Regularly analyze logistics cost structures (transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery), and develop strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. •Use data monitoring (e.g., order fulfillment time, error rate) to identify issues and drive improvements. 5.
