任职要求
1. 2年以上Java/Python研发经验, 具备扎实的基础, 精通JVM、并发、线程、类体系等方面的运用, 了解性能调优；优秀的编码能力，对技术有追求，善于主动钻研和学习，能够深入了解当前在用的框架、中间件的底层实现原理。 2. 熟悉AI相关知识及其应用场景，对AI有长期浓厚的兴趣，并希望在AI工程建设上持续投入；有团队精神，能够主动分享帮助新人，也能够虚心接受建议，共同成长。 3. 熟悉常用的SQL/NoSQL存储系统,精通相关表设计与调优能力, 熟悉其底层实现模型；了解微服务架构，并对业务系统架构设计有自己的理解, 具有良好的沟通能力、独立分析与解决问题的能力。 4. 有大模型应用产品开发、算法工程、创新业务经验者、机器学习、数据挖掘、人工智能等相关领域有经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 阿里妈妈AI相关项目相关的产品服务端研发工作, 包括不限于技术预研、架构设计、业务模型抽象、功能开发等。 2. 阿里妈妈，AI应用相关的工程能力建设，包括AI工具中心、数据工程、评测能力、RAG、LLM Agents、AI研发框架，AI应用运行时基座等。 3. 持续探索基于LLM的的应用新形态，包括ChatBot、检索增强、AI能力编排等。 4. 推动业务和技术的融合，提升应用的研发效率, 降低实施成本，打造有有影响力的AI应用产品。
