任职要求
1． 法学专业本科以上学历，取得法律职业资格证。
2． 5年以上法律工作经验，有互联网、食品生鲜行业经验优先。
3． 具备较强的执行力、分析能力、风险应对能力。
4． 良好的沟通协调能力，具有团队协作精神，工作细致，乐观开朗；
5． 对互联网行业有浓厚兴趣，能够适应互联网行业的高速发展与高强度工作。工作职责
1． 承接M&T事业部业务日常法律支持，及时高效处理业务的日常法律咨询、合同起草/审核等具体工作。 2． 全面高效识别业务运营与创新拓展过程中法律风险，尤其是经营合规与营销风险； 3． 洞悉并梳理业务经营合规红线，并制定风险管控流程与机制； 4． 研判电商业务相关立法、司法政策与监管动态，并输出反哺业务的实施意见与方案； 5． 协助开展专项法律合规培训。
Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, advise on data privacy aspects of our e-commerce business’ global expansion of current and proposed new initiatives. Provide advice to business teams on data privacy aspects of the implementation of business models and strategies, business operations, product offerings, marketing activities and commercial agreements. Partnering with business, tech, product and information security functions respectively, set up and maintain the data privacy framework and programs on e-commerce related activities. Negotiate, draft, and review data processing agreements and other contractual work relating to data privacy. Develop in-house legal tools and policies relating to data privacy, and conduct trainings to business units. Research local laws and regulations in foreign jurisdictions and manage outside counsel.

Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of new business models and strategies, business operations and marketing activities. 3. Negotiate, draft and review contracts and commercial agreements. 4. 1、负责舆情投诉处理团队的运营及管理工作，对协商一致率、降低舆情外溢率等业务指标负责 2、作为业务专家，具有较强的洞察和数据分析能力，通过分析相关舆情案例，提出改进措施和建议，降低舆情发生，并推动和完善舆情处理流程和制度，对流程优化提出有效性建议，提升解决客户问题能力 3、能与业务团队及PR、法务、消协等部门或机构有效协作，解决客户问题，提升服务体验，防止舆情发酵 4、关注客户心声，通过数据洞察客需，带领团队创造优质的用户体验
