1、电商业务跨境支付合规体系搭建：熟悉香港MSO监管体系和支付合规要求，并擅于跟踪调研韩国、日本、美国等支付合规要求，可跟踪调研美国 OFAC 制裁规则、欧盟支付服务指令 PSD2、涉敏感地区清算合规要求，搭建并迭代国际支付合规管理体系，输出合规指引与操作手册。 2、业务合规支持：为跨境支付、外汇结算、多币种清算等业务提供全流程法律支持，包括新业务模式合规评审、支付通道合规性评估、涉敏感区域合规方案设计。 3、合同与法律文件管理：独立起草、审核、谈判国际支付相关合同（如跨境支付合作协议、英语贸易合同等），重点把控结算货币、资金路由、技术保障等核心条款。 4、制裁与风险防控：协助风控团队建立交易合规筛查机制，处理反洗钱（AML）、客户身份识别（KYC）相关法律问题，防范跨境支付资金安全风险。 5、争议解决与监管对接：协调处理国际支付相关法律纠纷、香港海关及其他国别支付监管调查，响应监管合规要求。 6、合规培训与知识输出：面向业务、财务、运营等部门开展国际支付合规培训（含制裁合规、外汇政策、合同风险等），提升全员合规意识。 7、创新业务支持：海外商家金融业务等创新业务支持。

 Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, advise on data privacy aspects of our e-commerce business’ global expansion of current and proposed new initiatives.  Provide advice to business teams on data privacy aspects of the implementation of business models and strategies, business operations, product offerings, marketing activities and commercial agreements.  Partnering with business, tech, product and information security functions respectively, set up and maintain the data privacy framework and programs on e-commerce related activities.  Negotiate, draft, and review data processing agreements and other contractual work relating to data privacy.  Develop in-house legal tools and policies relating to data privacy, and conduct trainings to business units.  Research local laws and regulations in foreign jurisdictions and manage outside counsel.
