工作职责
1、 AI Agent 系统设计与开发 负责 AI Agent 核心系统的架构设计与开发，构建智能化的"感知-决策-执行-反馈"闭环体系 开发面向业务场景的 AI 助手，支持自然语言交互、意图理解与任务自动化执行 2. Agent 能力建设 负责 Agent Skills 技能体系的设计与开发，实现能力的模块化与可复用 构建 Agent 工具链，包括执行链路可观测、Skill 配置化构建、多版本管理等基础能力 3. AI-Friendly 系统改造 设计语义化、结构化的接口规范，提升系统的 AI 可理解性与可操作性 推进现有系统的 AI 适配改造，降低 AI 调用的学习成本与出错率 4. 智能决策能力开发 开发 Agent 驱动的自动化决策与执行能力，支持复杂策略空间的高效探索 构建约束引擎与安全边界机制，确保 AI 决策符合业务规则与合规要求 5. 闭环反馈与持续优化 设计效果评估与反馈机制，基于业务指标驱动系统持续迭代优化 探索强化学习等技术在策略优化中的应用
