工作描述
任职要求 1、教育背景： 计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学、控制工程等相关专业。 2、算法基础： 具备扎实的深度强化学习理论基础，熟练掌握PPO、SAC等主流算法原理，深入理解快速运动自适应、基于视觉/盲走的运动控制等前沿强化学习控制框架。 3、控制与动力学： 深入理解人形/双足机器人的运动学与动力学，熟悉刚体动力学建模、接触模型及状态估计。 4、具身智能与多模态经验： 熟悉Transformer架构，对具身智能前沿模型（如RT系列、Octo、OpenVLA、ALOHA等）有深入理解，有视觉-语言大模型微调或部署经验者优先。 5、工程与仿真能力： 精通Python/C++，熟练使用PyTorch。精通Isaac Gym、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、RaiSim等至少一种高性能并行物理仿真引擎，具备编写定制化CUDA算子优化训练速度经验者优先。 加分项： 1、有真实全尺寸人形机器人强化学习算法真机部署经验，成功解决过虚实迁移差异导致的抖动、发…
