- Provide reception service such as meet and greet visitors, manage telephone calls. - Perform daily clerical duties such as arranging courier, sort and distribute mail, checking vendor/supplier invoice and obtain approval. - Perform daily administrative duties office supplies order, office maintenance. - Establish and maintain office administration system such as maintain training records, leave and sick records, supplier record with credit term. - Establish and maintain travel log and spending. - Provide vendor/supplier invoice to accounting firm for payment and handle invoice and payment queries. - Secretarial service to General Manager in Malaysia and key senior executives of the local team. - General day-to-day running of the General Manager, Malaysia’s office (including calls, diary, systems, filing, and billing). - Organize and attend meetings and prepare minutes as appropriate. - Making travel arrangements, preparation of trip files and itineraries. - Prepare expenses claims forms and obtain approval.
1. As the leader of the KYC team, Manage KYC operations based on MAS regulated bank compliance policies and KYC regulatory requirements. 2. Support the business to conduct customer check (KYC/CDD) analysis for new business or initiative. 3. Lead the planning and establishment of KYC capabilities including CDD, PEP, Sanctions, Adverse news review and due diligence capabilities for financing business. 4. Establish and improve KYC product capabilities, including on-boarding system, periodic review system, screening system. 5. Work closely with AML Compliance Officers (AMLOs) and Risk Officers to understand the regulatory requirements, status of system capability in relevant entities, identify the gaps if any, and propose the requests for system building or enhancement to relevant teams. 6. Collaborate with middle office and technology team to raise the system requests and to convert the business requirement into product requirement. Implement changes in processes or workflows and drive optimization. 7. Support the Risk and AML operation and link up with the business in case of any escalation.

Legal Contract Center Development ● Build an end-to-end contract lifecycle management platform covering drafting, approval, signing, performance monitoring, and archiving. ● Partner with legal teams to design intelligent contract review modules (e.g., clause compliance verification, risk clause alerts). ● Create a centralized contract data repository enabling multi-dimensional search and statistical analysis to enhance legal operational efficiency. 3. Risk Assessment Product Development ● Develop enterprise-level risk evaluation tools to standardize requirement review processes (e.g., data security, fund flow analysis, technical compliance). ● Design automated risk assessment models integrating cross-departmental data to balance review efficiency and risk control effectiveness. ● Deliver visualized risk dashboards to facilitate executive decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration ● Coordinate with compliance, legal, privacy, and technology teams to implement risk control products across all business lines. ● Continuously monitor payment industry regulatory trends and refine product strategies to address emerging risks.

Execution of the roster lock throughout the season, including submission collection, application review, and data collection. Ensure all registrations, transfers, changes of rosters follow the league's requirement. 9. Execution of the prize pool setting, calculation and distribution for MPL MY and MAL MY. 10. Be responsible for the planning and hosting of the manager meeting with MPL and MAL teams throughout the season. 11. Be responsible for handling the request between teams and the league. Ensure the requests are precisely delivered and end results are well achieved from both ends. 12. Be responsible for the planning and execution of the teams' hospitality throughout the season. 13. Be responsible for the monitoring, collection and analysis of related news and information's about gaming and esports in the Malaysia market. 14. Be responsible for the planning and execution for the teams' performance enhancement, including but not limited to data service, new players scouting, players training, and coach training, etc. 15. Be responsible for the management of all female MLBB teams within the Malaysia market together with the official female esports partner. 16. Be responsible for the oversight of player management, to plan and lead player management related matters including but not limited to players education and development. 17.
