- Manage content classification and rating processes in accordance with KMRB regulations, including content review, rating submissions, documentation, reporting, and database maintenance. - Ensure all content-related materials, including promotional and marketing assets, comply with local regulations, advertising standards, and youth protection requirements. - Handle content classification inquiries and user complaints related to content ratings, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues effectively. - Monitor regulatory updates and industry developments related to content classification and compliance, and provide timely guidance to internal teams. - Work closely with Content, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to ensure compliance throughout the content lifecycle. - Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions on content classification standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
· Deeply understand user needs, align with business development strategies and objectives, and design various marketing activities focused on product value with the goal of user growth, creating impactful brand events and communications. · Possess the ability to plan online content, marketing activities, and offline event marketing; enhance user scale through the planning of A+ themed marketing events, responsible for user acquisition and conversion effectiveness. · Have rich project experience, capable of independently managing project strategy, creativity, execution, and communication from 0 to 1. As a Node Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting operations management at origin (China and other regions) including: 1) Managing warehouse service provider (3PL) performance through pre-defined mechanisms to track and investigate exceptions, implement solid actions, and standardize processes to ensure sustainable, data-driven results. 2) Collecting and preparing data and reports, including KPIs and other in-process indicators, providing full visibility to the team. 3) Designing and establishing efficiency reporting mechanisms continuously based on business needs and driving data quality. 4) Conducting data deep dives and driving continuous improvement with support from the operations manager to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. 5) Collaborating with the business intelligence team on QuickSight report design and data validation, supporting team data requirements.
