Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; Master’s/PhD preferred, especially with research in ML, NLP, or distributed systems.
5+ years in AI/cloud solution design, with at least 3 years focused on cloud AI/ML platforms or large model ecosystems; proven experience in designing, validating, and scaling AI-native solutions (e.g., LLM-based apps, RAG, intelligent Agents).
Hands-on experience collaborating with AI model vendors, vertical ISVs, or MLOps tool providers.
Proficient with major LLM platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud Bailian, OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio); deep familiarity with Alibaba Cloud’s AI stack (Bailian, Qwen, ModelScope, PAI, GPU/TPU compute, vector engines, multimodal services).
Strong coding skills in Python (required); Java/Go a plus; experience building AI prototypes, automation scripts, or LangChain/LlamaIndex integrations.
Knowledge of AI safety & compliance: data privacy (on-prem deployment, anonymization), hallucination mitigation, content safety filtering.
