Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; Master’s/PhD preferred, especially with research in ML, NLP, or distributed systems.
5+ years in AI/cloud solution design, with at least 3 years focused on cloud AI/ML platforms or large model ecosystems; proven experience in designing, validating, and scaling AI-native solutions (e.g., LLM-based apps, RAG, intelligent Agents).
Hands-on experience collaborating with AI model vendors, vertical ISVs, or MLOps tool providers.
Proficient with major LLM platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud Bailian, OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio); deep familiarity with Alibaba Cloud’s AI stack (Bailian, Qwen, ModelScope, PAI, GPU/TPU compute, vector engines, multimodal services).

As a key driver of Alibaba Cloud’s AI strategic ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in building the next-generation AI co-innovation solution ecosystem. You are not only a technical architecture expert but also a “technical bridge” and “innovation catalyst” between Alibaba Cloud and its AI partners. By closely collaborating with leading global AI model providers, industry ISVs, and intelligent application companies, you will lead the design, validation, and large-scale go-to-market of benchmark AI solutions powered by Alibaba Cloud’s Bailian platform, Tongyi large models, and AI infrastructure—accelerating AI adoption and value realization across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Market Insight & Technical Strategy: Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes; identify and onboard strategic AI ecosystem partners; define joint technical roadmaps and drive co-innovation.
Co-Created Solution Design: Lead end-to-end AI solution development with top-tier partners, leveraging Alibaba Cloud’s full-stack AI capabilities to build industry benchmark solutions; establish technical standards for partner integration and validate solution feasibility and scalability.
Technical Enablement & Go-to-Market: Promote joint solutions through workshops, whitepapers, internal trainings, and live sessions; collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product, delivery) to resolve technical bottlenecks and continuously optimize solutions.
