任职要求 • 5年以上IT、互联网、云计算开发相关工作经验 • 2年及以上相关产品/技术的开发经验 • 研发项目管理经验 • 2年及以上相关产品/技术的开发经验，精通容器、Kubernetes、微服务、可观测等技术 • 精通工作中使用的技术栈，在设计、架构、并发、分布式、数据等一个或多个技术领域达到专家水平，能够识别并准确解决问题 • 具备从业务需求、研发、管理、测试、部署、运维全链路的流程和水位有清晰的认证和持续改进能力 • 能主导核心业务或技术系统架构设计和实际编码，通过对代码的code review、设计评审、单测覆盖，确保功能的交付质量和鲁棒性，有较强的问题分析和问题解决能力，是关键问题和疑难工单的终结者 • 在稳定性、资损、安全等方面能够进行系统性保障，并持续跟进进展，有效预判并防范风险 • 对所负责的领域能够作为owner，充分理解自己团队在生产关系大图中的定位，与业务和协作团队关系，形成良好协作，及时解决职责/认知冲突类问题并驱动合理方案落地； • 具备较高复杂度项目的管理能力 • 熟悉技术领域相关的前沿信息渠道，定期形成相关的前沿研究文档沉淀并能在团队中进行技术分享 • 熟悉竞对和对标产品的核心技术指标、优劣势对…
