Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting specific industries. Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and converting leads into strategic accounts. Implement a data-driven approach to managing and prioritizing sales pipelines, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded consistently. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing) to ensure alignment on sales goals, customer needs, and product offerings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in transportation authorities, entertainment companies, hospitality providers, and city planners.
• Defining the strategy for the category, growing assortment, seller and sale revenue, adapting strategy to local specificities and sharing best practices across the six Lazada countries • Identifying growth opportunities based on customer insights • Ensuring implementation of the strategy, working through the country teams on the ground (defining KPIs, setting targets,following up with the teams) • Driving implementation of marketing and merchandising • Identifying and developing projects to enhance both customer and seller experience for respective category • Enabling sellers • Leading and developing category management capability in both the region and country teams

We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to join our team as a Director of Partnership Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing our partnership initiatives, driving long-term collaborations through best class delivery, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships across diverse use cases implementation. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur 1. Project Management and Delivery • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of partnership projects aligned with organizational goals. • Serve as the project manager and subject matter expert of cross-border payment products, establishing clear delivery timelines and coordinating internal and external teams. • Create regular reporting mechanisms (e.g., weekly progress updates), identify risks, and resolve delays to ensure project success. 2. Tools and Process Optimization • Build tools, dashboards, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and communication for partnerships onboarding. • Streamline internal processes to improve delivery timelines and maintain quality standards. • Design automated process for partnership onboarding to support smooth and efficient partnership onboarding 3. Product and Stakeholder Management • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for cross-border payment product, bridging business development and product teams. • Develop standardized materials and solutions for product implementation and create promotional content such as product guides. • Adapt product solutions to meet partner and local market needs, providing feedback for product enhancements. 4. Trainings and Sales Enablement • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and execute trainings on products, process and technologies to enable Sales team on selling.
1. Build and maintain relationship with public authorities at different levels related to Xiaomi business, including ministries, local authorities etc. 2. Provide in-depth analysis of mobility industry policies and regulations related to Xiaomi’s business in Europe, identifying and monitoring potential risks and giving policy advice. 3. Coordinate mobility industrial association memberships relevant to Xiaomi’s business and develop and manage a network of contacts with industrial partners. 4. Represent Xiaomi’s position in regular interactions with different actors in government, think tanks, international organizations and other public agencies. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as R&D, sales and marketing teams) and provide support for relevant issues. 6. Assist the mobility team to conduct policy analysis and facilitate activities on European level.
1.Responsible for Xiaomi’s smartphone ST (Sales & Trade) operations with telecom operators in Guatemala, achieving optimal sales targets through cross-departmental collaboration and identifying high-quality local channel partners; 2.Develop Xiaomi smartphone sales strategies by analyzing product, pricing, market demand, and customer needs, while aligning with Xiaomi’s product pricing and configuration policies to gain market share; 3.Collaborate with the retail team to design IR (In-Store Retail) market promotion plans to enhance Xiaomi’s brand visibility.
