Design user interactive prototypes (using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD). Collaborate with UI designers to create visually appealing and functional interfaces. Define micro-interactions, animations, and transitions for a seamless UX. Present design concepts and justify decisions with data and user insights.
Monitor product user experience (quality) metrics and provide valuable local insights to HQ teams.Regularly conduct product user experience testing, in-depth competitor analysis, and local user research to identify any product quality defects and gaps compared to competitors.Support local UX research to gain insights into user behavior and pain points specific to the EU market.Collaborate with other teams to address user pain points and improve overall product quality.Utilize data analysis skills to analyze product user experience (quality) metrics and user behavior data.Support building data dashboards and establish data systems for comprehensive product user experience quality analysis.
1. Lead the design and development of the Trip.Biz frontend, ensuring a user-centric and innovative approach. 2. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify global trends and opportunities. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and the commercial team, to ensure seamless product delivery. 4. Define product requirements and prioritize features to enhance the user experience across diverse regions. 5. Be data-driven: develop and maintain dashboards, utilize data analysis to monitor product performance, identify trends, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement. 6. Utilize English as a working language in a professional setting.
Responsibilities: The Regional Strategic Account Lead role is responsible for owning and driving strategic relationship and growth of our global Fashion accounts, together with our local category teams, empowering brands success on LazMall in Lazada. Reporting to Regional Strategic Accounts Category Director, you will be responsible for: Business planning - target setting, performance tracking, business reviews Strategic partnership development and relationship management -top Global Fashion group companies Retail Planning, P&L understanding and Trade terms negotiations Promotional Planning including campaign planning and NPD launches regionally. Analytical- data insights to improve and support business plans Developing & implementing processes for regional partnerships Managing tech product roadmap to support new innovations and enhance UX for respective categories & group companies Capability development and regular close collaboration with local teams in joint business planning for respective Group companies Business development - identify new trends and brands to support constant growth on Lazada Preparing for & presenting in partnership meetings with clients
