任职要求 教育背景：计算机、自动化、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业硕士或博士学历，具备扎实的数学、图像处理与机器学习理论功底。 核心能力要求： 1. 2 年以上图像分类、目标检测、细粒度识别或动作识别相关研发经验，有智能零售柜、无人便利店结算台或工业视觉检测等项目落地经验者优先。 2. 精通 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等主流深度学习框架，深入理解主流检测架构（YOLO 系列、RT-DETR）和细粒度图像识别/特征度量学习算法；熟悉多镜头融合、时序动作定位（TAL）或姿态估计/手势交互相关算法；掌握常用的目标跟踪算法原理及多传感器融合方案。 3. 具备出色的 C++/Python 编程功底，熟悉 OpenCV 等基础（TensorRT、ONNXRuntime、NCNN、OpenVINO 等）及模型量化（INT8/FP16）技术…
