Possess a solid theoretical foundation of interior car design from sketch to production, to be able to lead a design from first sketch until final tooling release. Knowledge 1. Proficiency in using sketch and rendering software as well as general knowledge of modelling software. 2. 1. Lead the development of the vehicle's interior Space design with the mission of creating experiences for families that align seamlessly with our brand identity. 2. Help lead the design process and be involved in creating interior design solutions, from initial sketches to design models, and finally to manufacturing releases. 3. Collaborate with our 'Smart Space' and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative forward thinking products. 4. Assume responsibility for establishing a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai. 5. The function of this role is to help shape the future DNA of Li Auto products going forward. To help identify, define and develop future trends in automotive spaces and product sectors and instill them into our brands’ DNA. To be at the forefront of technology and innovation for the benefit of our users and help keep the company out in front as visionaries for products going forward.
XIAOMI’s Automotive Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our vehicle lineup. You will lead design projects, from concept to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional vehicle designs to life. Your expertise and vision will help define the visual identity and user experience of our vehicles. Responsibilities • Design Leadership: - Lead and manage design projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals. - Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and 3D models to stakeholders. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns. • Concept Development: - Create innovative and forward-thinking design concepts for both interior and exterior vehicle components. - Conduct research and trend analysis to inform design decisions. - Collaborate with the design team to iterate and refine concepts. • Collaboration: - Work closely with engineering, product planning, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and integration. - Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Engage with suppliers and external partners to source materials and technologies. • Execution: - Develop detailed design specifications and CAD models for production. - Oversee the development of prototypes and mock-ups. - Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. • Project Management: - Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. - Maintain organized documentation of design processes and decisions. - Communicate project status and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities: 1. Work on a broad range of vehicle production and advanced design programs 2. Express a high level of creativity through free-hand drawings as well as computer sketches and renderings 3. Demonstrate a high level of flexibility by working on overall design proposals right down to detailed solutions 4. Guide a design from sketch phase to virtual and 3D modeling and through to A-class surfacing, provide exceptional design execution. 5. Work closely together with engineering to find out-of-the-box solutions that can be brought to production and support our brand vision 6. Ensure the feasibility of the chosen design in accordance with the agreed specifications 7. Final development of design themes of new products in line with planning,, process, quality, and cost targets 8. Design team coordinates with engineering, purchasing and production teams to ensure the successful delivery of final design surfaces
THE ROLE Craftsmanship is the perception of quality that a customer has about a product, derived through sight, touch, sound, and scent. The Tesla Craftsmanship team is responsible for ensuring that the design of Tesla products is optimized so they are utterly compelling in the store and provide a faultless experience during use. How do we do it? At the early stages we work with the Product Management teams to quantify the required product content, the Design Studio to identify and resolve any issues relating to the concept, the Engineering and Dimensional teams to develop achievable, world-class gap and flush targets, and the Manufacturing and Quality teams to identify and prioritize issues during pre-production and launch. We are seeking a passionate team member to represent the Craftsmanship team and lead the Craftsmanship initiative at GFSH. RESPONSIBILITIES Fluent in English, for reading, writing, and comprehension. Degree qualified or similar qualification in either an industrial design or engineering discipline. Good level of numeracy, literacy and logical reasoning skills. An inherent attention to detail and an understanding of the factors that create a perception of exceptional quality in the mind of the consumer. An appreciation for the impact and contribution to dimensional variation in assemblies. Some understanding of statistical analysis would be advantageous. An appreciation of how subjective data can be measured or quantified to develop robust Craftsmanship targets. Creative, constructive and positive approach in order to be able to positively contribute to the development of design solutions to meet Craftsmanship targets. Strong communication and influencing skills. Five years of automotive or complex product design knowledge experience is preferred. Demonstration of knowledge in a variety of production and prototype manufacturing methods. Flexibility to work across a wide variety of areas of vehicle design. Desire to become expert in craftsmanship and build a career within the field. Capable of leading, managing and completing projects with appropriate support from senior staff.
Role 1、Collabration with multiple 3rd party service providers to manage mobility full lifecycle cases. 2、As a main point of contact of employees to provide excelent service including conducting briefing calls, responding internal instant message tool, emails and telephone in a timely manner. 3、Assist in developing communication and materials in relation to Global Mobility matters. 4、Monitor regular reports and ensure billing accuracies. 5、Other job duties as assigned by superior.
