Education/Experience
1. 10 years+ experience in electric chassis system development, with mass production development experience and test verification experience in redundancy strategies and interaction design for EHB or EMB products;
2. At least more than 5 years experience, as a system leader or a key engineer, in electronic chassis system development in Tier 1 supplier, and have been working on redundant chassis systems, as a system leader or a key engineer, to support L3+ automatic driving systems.
Knowledge
1. Proficient in the architecture of wire-control chassis system, including the principle, structure and function of wire-control steering, wire-control braking, wire-control driving and other sub-systems, and familiar with the synergistic working mechanism among the sub-systems;

1. Responsible for the overall architecture design and planning of the chassis by wire, and formulate technical routes and programs; 2. Work closely with hardware engineers and software engineers to design the electrical and electronic architecture, and develop control strategies and algorithms to realize the intelligent control of the chassis by wire system; 3. Conduct safety analysis based on chassis by wire functional architecture and definition, develop safety requirements at function level , and participate in the safety design of each function; 4. Be responsible for data collection and analysis during the testing process, timely detection and resolution of problems during testing, and optimization and improvement of the system; 5. Participate in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of chassis by wire system, establish the FMEA system, and formulate the corresponding fault response measures; 6. Participate in the discussions of chassis by wire regulations or technical standards in Europe and globally, translate the content into system or safety design requirements, and into the software and hardware design of EMB. Represent Li Auto in the regulatory or technical standard discussions to propose suggestions or comments.
1. Concept Design and Engineering of Chassis Components: Develop and design chassis parts from concept to production, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and durability standards. 2. Pursue Advanced Design Methodology: Utilize numerical design methods and generative design techniques to optimize part performance/weight. 3. Collaborate with Material Science: Work closely with material science experts to leverage the latest materials and production methodologies, enhancing the design and functionality of parts. 4. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with CN hardware departments to ensure seamless and efficient project execution across continents.
1.Contribute to the definition, documentation, and tracking of vehicle-level requirements based on legal, technical, and customer-driven inputs 2.Support the planning and execution of vehicle validation activities (e.g., crash, NVH, durability, thermal, performance) 3.Assist in benchmark studies of competitor vehicles with focus on system performance, efficiency, packaging, and innovation 4.Coordinate with system teams (e.g., chassis, body, E/E, powertrain) to ensure alignment with overall vehicle targets 5.Create and manage target sheets, validation roadmaps, risk assessments, and technical documentation 6.Present technical results and progress to internal stakeholders and contribute to project milestone deliverables
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute total vehicle and sub-system tests to validate performance, durability, safety, quality, functions and compliance with relevant standards 2. Support vehicle development from concept through to final validation, including prototype and pre-series testing 3. Take responsibility for the release recommendation (sign-off) of tested systems or components, based on test results and performance evaluation 4. Define and implement test procedures based on technical requirements and regulatory guidelines 5. Operate and monitor vehicle testing equipment and data acquisition systems 6. Analyze test data, document results, and provide detailed technical feedback to development teams 7. Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and external testing service providers 8. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and tools
1. Responsible for the system requirement development and software architecture design of the full active suspension; 2. Responsible for the development and simulation validation of core control algorithms for the full active suspension, including body control and synergistic height adjustment control; 3. Responsible for the unit test of the developed software, as well as the preparation of related design and development documents; 4. Cooperate with chassis VD tuning engineers in parameter tunning and algorithm iterations, ensuring high quality overall performance delivery.
