任职要求
1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历(含学位),具备电气工程、自动化、机电一体化、车辆工程、电子或软件等专业知识背景; 2. 9+年汽车电子系统开发经验,完整参与过3个以上量产项目,同时具备预研项目开发经验,熟悉整车智能驾驶、车辆控制、底盘、热管理等专业领域的功能业务场景; 3. 了解汽车行业内的整车电气系统、通讯总线、技术法规、功能安全、信息安全等行业知识,精通车载通信协议(CAN/LIN/Ethernet)及诊断标准(UDS/OBD); 4. 熟悉系统工程方法论,掌握ASPICE等汽车电子开发全流程(需求分析→系统设计→测试验证),有较好的系统性和全局性思维能力和问题解决能力; 5. 熟悉AUTOSARAP、CP架构及常规MCU、SOC、NPU操作系统、虚拟化、中间件、Linux技术概念; 6. 熟悉车规芯片开发(NXP S32G/英飞凌 TC3xx/高通/NVIDIA/常见国产MCU、SOC芯片等); 7. 具备硬件系统分析、硬件原理设计、线束原理设计相关知识更佳; 8. 具有一定的跨专业团队管理能力和领导力,较好的组织协调、沟通表达能力及执行力,同时具备独立分析和解决问题的能力; 9. 具有较好的团队合作精神及强烈的好奇心、责任心及工作热情,可以适应快节奏的开发交付; 10. 具备较好的技术文档编写能力(SRS/SWS/DDD)。
工作职责
1. 负责整车控制器平台及趋势的对标分析、功能部署定义及业务划分、需求(原始需求、系统需求,软硬件需求等)收集分析与评审定义、系统级方案及接口设计等; 2. 负责拆解从芯片、AI、模型及算法、服务器等维度的系统级需求,并提供专业、灵活的系统级解决方案; 3. 负责整车控制器平台的系统开发,系统及子系统架构设计,技术选型和技术方案的研究和制订(如底层功能定义和分配、通讯、诊断、功能安全、信息安全、资源配置、车云协同等),并推动实施; 4. 负责系统需求的验证测试及技术闭环; 5. 负责控制器平台产品需求体系的建设和维护,持续对软、硬件架构设计提出系统性约束和建议; 6. 负责以专题的形式,快节奏的对齐各专业认知,并对该专题达成共识; 7. 推进整车电子架构在控制器平台上的落地,管理控制器平台产品开发闭环; 8. 对接控制器平台的硬件开发、软件开发、测试Team,负责对产品系统需求的解释和澄清拉齐。
