任职要求
1.全日制本科或以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、自动化等相关工科专业
2.熟悉汽车整车及车身结构，整车可靠耐久VTS目标定义逻辑
3.任职于主机厂或者从事耐久性能开发及轻量化相关工作至少6年
4.熟练使用ANSA、HyperWorks等前后处理工具，熟悉ABAQUS，Ncode，FEAFAT等强度及疲劳分析软件相关流程…工作职责
1.整车可靠耐久VTS目标定义与达成，负责疲劳性能仿真策划及管控 2.负责耐久虚拟仿真性能达成，耐久优化方案寻找、性能平衡和最终方案决策 3.耐久性能风险管控，专业对外窗口，对接项目和专业，负责虚拟状态汇报，推动项目决策耐久优化方案落地 4.负责提出耐久车质量需求、评估问题风险、推动耐久车顺利交付 5.牵头整车结构耐久失效的设计类问题排查、原因分析、优化方案推动决策 6.牵头减重方案落地和减重目标达成，车身轻量化目标共同设定 7.参与耐久仿真和试验标准规划、创建和迭代 8.协助部门负责人，统筹推进耐久专业及部门运营
1. 参与轻量化产品交付工作（主要MDO/TOPO应用），负责轻量化前沿技术的洞察，分析总结，未来规划； 2. 参与车身架构正向开发技术的研究与项目应用，包含车身设计创新，架构减重等目标； 3. 参与智能轻量化技术开发，比如AI技术在MDO和架构的应用开发； 4. 协助结构优化技术提升：MDO、Morph、参数化建模、DOE、高精响应面构建等能力提升工作； 5. 协助智能轻量化平台搭建，软件开发，实现从正向架构设计到工程阶段高精度MDO自动化流程； 6. 参与撰写技术方案、专利及论文，持续洞察轻量化技术前沿动态，并争取制定行业标准。
THE ROLE As a CAE analysis engineer, you are expected to be innovative and will play a critical role in the core development team for Tesla next generation products. You will analyze and optimize our revolutionary vehicle designs with your expertise; contribute to defining the best product in the industry along with a group of talented engineers. You will be brilliant both technically as an individual, and as an active member in a diverse and challenging cross-functional team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop strength and durability FE models for analysis for our revolutionary vehicle architectures in collaboration with a small team of multi-disciplinary engineers. • Perform strength and fatigue analysis of BIW, closure, exterior and interior subsystems. • Develop new CAE methods and process for solving engineering problems unique to Tesla’s EV architectures. • Challenge established traditional CAE methods and process to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Collaboratively work with test engineers to create specifications for data acquisition and virtual loads prediction. Carry out CAE to test correlation to improve modelling procedure and work on countermeasures. • Support world-class engineering teams with design direction based on your analyses and engineering judgement. • Provide input in the creation of component specification, component DFMEA, and other technical design documents where analysis plays a pivotal role.
工作内容： 1、负责线控底盘相关零部件、系统及整车级的结构耐久和功能测试能力开发，包括但不限于全主动悬架、线控转向、线控制动、后轮转向等新技术； 2、负责线控底盘相关测试能力拓展、试验策划、试验执行和验收等； 3、负责对接产品工程开发和属性团队，提前熟悉产品搭载的新技术原理、测试方案、测试能力布局，参与相关产品的属性定义； 4、负责新技术相关测试规范、作业指导书、操作规程的制定； 5、负责系统和整车道路模拟测试以及未来新增线控底盘相关测试设备的采购调研、工程建设、运营运维等；
