工作职责
1.负责整车电气架构方案规划及详细方案设计,包括物理架构、网络架构、电源架构、功能部署等; 2.负责电气架构相关变更评估,影响分析,拉动各部门达成共识; 3.负责整车智能配电方案定义,需求分析;负责区域控制器架构需求设计及管理; 4.参与网络规范、诊断规范、零部件设计等评审 5.负责前瞻技术感知,提炼机会点;新车型架构方案对标。
The Role We are looking for an electrical engineer who understands system level power delivery and grounding (could be from vehicles, servers, or such complex systems), interconnect (electrical properties and reliability of wires, fuses, and connectors), and fundamentals of serial communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Bluetooth, DP, etc.) Responsibilities • Electrical engineering design leadership for a variety of electrical components and wire harnesses in Tesla vehicles, both in production and in development • Support the engineers developing 2-d harness and wiring documentation to optimize topology/architecture for best cost/performance • Engineering responsibility throughout all stages: concept, requirements definition, prototype, architecture development, circuitry design, tooling, design validation and optimization in Beta and RC phases, volume tooling and processes for Start of Production and production ramp-up. Life-cycle improvements and cost reductions as needed. • Make design decisions and coordinate with other Tesla parties, for example: Body Controls, Systems Integration, PCBA Design, Materials Engineering, Environmental Testing, Mentor Graphics Integration, Guidance of component selection. • Support of team during Vehicle Durability and Crash Test, Manufacturing Engineering, etc. • Identify and resolve concerns, such as high voltage drop in circuits, high power dissipation, fault current related to fuse characteristics, fuse coordination, reliability concerns on detailed design features and drive the solution progress to remove these concerns through weekly tests, follow ups, upper management deep-dive reviews and cross functional team reviews. • Work closely with Reliability team to ensure proper testing on finished designs (vibe, corrosion, material testing, voltage drop, fuse-blow, EMI, etc.)
美团是中国领先的生活服务科技平台,拥有覆盖数千万商户与数亿用户的真实履约网络。美团无人机是全球率先实现城市低空配送常态化运营的团队。我们正将具身智能技术引入大规模真实物理场景,探索"让机器像人一样理解世界、自主行动"的下一代智能体。 在该岗位中您将负责: 1.参与机器人系统工程的研发与落地,面向全球市场即时零售、餐饮等行业场景,推动边缘智能与AI加速计算在机器人系统中的规模化应用,实现客户价值最大化; 2.边端AI加速计算架构设计:针对机器人实时感知、推理与控制场景,主导边缘侧芯片选型、异构计算平台(CPU/GPU/NPU/FPGA等)架构设计与优化,构建高效的端侧AI计算子系统; 3.芯片与硬件平台研究:持续跟踪和评估主流边端AI芯片(如NVIDIA、高通、地平线、黑芝麻等),制定芯片选型策略,支撑机器人产品迭代路线规划; 4.机器人通信总线架构设计:负责高实时控制链路、高带宽感知数据链路及末梢设备互联,构建通用可扩展的确定性实时通信网络拓扑。 5.系统级算力与功耗优化:在算力受限的机器人端侧场景下,进行全链路算力调度、功耗预算与热设计协同优化,保障AI负载在实时性、稳定性、能效与成本之间的最优平衡; 6.软硬件协同设计:与嵌入式软件、算法、硬件团队协作,完成AI加速模块的驱动适配、BSP支持和系统集成,确保机器人整机AI能力的稳定交付;深入理解ROS/ROS2、Isaac ROS、CUDA等软件栈,能够从硬件层面量化算力、功耗与延迟约束,为算法团队提供系统级设计基准; 7.行业追踪与标准参与:持续追踪AI芯片与边缘计算行业动态,参与行业标准制定、产品取证与流程设计,推进技术合规。
1、数据中心系统的电气架构设计和相应产品规划及研发; 2、推动数据中心及IT设备电气架构创新,并持续落地; 3、持续优化数据中心电力架构,提升数据中心供电可靠性,降低运营成本; 4、负责数据中心电气新技术的创新与项目落地实施。
