任职要求


本科及以上学历,财务、会计、经济等相关专业背景,有海外学习工作及汽车行业经验优先;
具备扎实的财务会计知识基础,熟悉国内外会计准则和税法规定,对海外资金管理有基本了解,有丰富的预算管理、成本/费用分析、库存管理、报表分析等相关经验;
具备良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力,能够与国际/国内团队有效协作;
具备良好的统筹管理能力和团队建设能力;对业务有热情,主动性强,敢于接受挑战,工作认真细致,有持续改进的意识;
英语作为工作用语,要求精通英文读写,能够流利地进行商务沟通;
对业务有热情,主动性强;

Job responsibilities:
1. Be fully responsible for overseas financial management business, including:
Overseas company general ledger accounting settlement and month-end closing;
Financial statement audit and fluctuation analysis;
Overseas inventory and asset management;
Overseas credit policy and management of receivables;
Coordinate external audit matters;
Specialized services such as overseas tax planning and fund management;
Assist in temporary tasks;
 
2. Assist and cooperate with overseas marketing service management BP to implement various policies overseas and provide feedback on the implementation
Deeply familiarize with overseas business, understand business development needs, and provide localized support;

全面负责海外的财务管理业务,包括:
海外公司总账会计结算与月末结账;
财务报表审核与波动分析;
海外库存与资产管理;
海外信用政策及应收款的管理;
协调外部审计事宜;
对接海外税务筹划,资金管理等专项业务;
协助临时任务;
 
协助配合海外营销服经管BP,落实各项政策在海外的落地并复盘反馈
深入熟悉海外业务,理解业务发展需求,提供本地化支持;
参与配合海外营销服经管BP的工作,从本地化财务角度实现支持业务增长及实现管控要求的平衡;
