Provide financial controllership from theperspective of a business finance partner, including strategic planning,budgeting, financial feasibility studies for business initiatives,decision-making supports. 2. Develop and maintain a robust business performance analysis framework, identify key growth drivers, generate business insights, and deliver regular financial and operational reporting to management. 3. Monitor business performance against financial plans, provide actionable insights for resource allocation and cost efficiency, and support the business team in achieving financial targets. 4. Serve as a liaison between Finance and Business team, ensuring compliance with financial processes, accurate and timely financial data, and supporting digital transformation in financial operations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. International perspective is preferred is a plus, with fluency in English (overseas education preferred). 2. Over 8 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in internet-related industries (e.g., SaaS, Streaming, Gaming, Advertising). 3. Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting, data analysis tools (Excel/SQL), and ERP/BI systems (e.g., Oracle,SAP, Cognos, Yonyou, Kingdee). 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information in an effective way and drive cross-functional alignment.

1. Manage a group of managers to invent for customer experience and simplify for operation efficiency. 2. Coach, and develop the team with prioritization, constructive feedback, resources planning, and data driven decisions. 3. Guide the team towards continuous improvements using data, metrics, and customer feedback. 4. Develop operations process to achieve business goals and to obsess the customer. 5. Manage complex operational issues by developing, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators. 6. Provide regular performance metrics report focusing on operational excellence and customer experience. 7. Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, LSP, Carriers and external customers. 8. Serve as primary interface with other teams in Seller Operations, Product, Finance and Tech for new product, program, and system launches. 9. Be the Voice of the Customer and provide feedback to the team to improve customer experience. 10. Handle complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations. 11. Communicate and drives strategic initiatives. 12. Ensure the right people are in the right job and creates leadership opportunities.
Data Warehouse Design, Development, Maintenance and Optimization: Architect, build and manage secure, flexible and scalable data warehouse solutions. Ensure the iterations adapt to the ever-changing global technology and new business demand. Performance Optimization: Write complex and efficient SQL queries for data manipulation, transformation, and aggregation. Optimize SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency. ETL Process Management: Design, implement, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Ensure accurate and efficient data integration from various sources into the data warehouse and the optimal model to fit downstream usage. Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks, balances, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the data warehouse. Co-work with Risk Control Management Team to ensure the optimal data quality and compliance. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Global Team to ensure the data foundation is consistent with global standards and adapted to the latest technology; Co-work with other business analyst, business intelligence engineer, and other stakeholders to run the data foundation ecosystem and translate data needs to robust data solutions Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in AWS based technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies to enhance data warehouse functionality and efficiency.
· Translating business questions and concerns into specific analytical questions that can be answered with available data using BI tools; produce the required data when it is not available. · Apply Statistical and Machine Learning methods to specific business problems and data. · Create global standard metrics across regions and perform benchmark analysis. · Ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition and processing, including such areas as data sourcing/collection, ground truth generation, normalization, transformation, cross-lingual alignment/mapping, etc. · Communicate proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions to drive business decisions. · Collaborate with colleagues from multidisciplinary science, engineering and business backgrounds. · Develop efficient data querying and modeling infrastructure. · Manage your own process. Prioritize and execute on high impact projects, triage external requests, and ensure to deliver projects in time. · Utilizing code (SQL, Python, R, etc.) for analyzing data and building statistical models.
1. Conduct in-depth safety-related market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. 2. Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive safety reality, perception, and/or efficiency. 3. Drive key safety management topics, including but not limited to OKR management, Budget to payment closed-loop management, etc. 4. Develop and implement strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company safety objectives. 5. Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and recommending adjustments as needed. 6. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement by developing and maintaining financial models for various business units and projects. 7. Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders on key new initiatives related to international safety
