任职要求
1、教育背景:本科或研究生学历,计算机/互联网/智能汽车相关专业方向 2、工作经验:至少5年以上C端产品经理工作经验,有智能座舱或相关领域工作经验者优先。 3、语言能力:流利的英语沟通能力,能够与海外团队无障碍沟通;掌握一门或多门小语种者优先。 4、技能要求:熟悉用户体验设计和产品管理流程,具备良好的数据分析能力和市场洞察力。 5、个人素质:极强的创新意识和自我驱动力,出色的跨文化沟通能力和团队合作精神,能适应快节奏和多变的工作环境中。对用户诉求能深入理解,追求做出不一样的新东西。 1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Internet, Intelligent Automotive, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager for consumer-oriented (C-end) products; experience in intelligent cockpits or related fields is preferred. 3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English with fluent communication skills for seamless collaboration with overseas teams. Proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus. 4. Skill Requirements: Familiarity with user experience design and product management processes, strong analytical abilities, and keen market insight. 5. Personal Qualities: Strong sense of innovation, high self-motivation, exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. 工作职责
1、负责海外市场的行业、竞品和用户研究,充分准确获取行业及竞品动态、深入挖掘海外用户需求,并结合业务发展战略输出清晰的产品规划及产品目标; 2、深度理解用户体验,跟进产品需求分析,设计、落地,对国际版座舱进行整体产品验收,通过指标搭建、量化产品和体验目标达成情况,对结果负责; 3、利用海外base 优势,有效利用当地母语者资源进行产品本地化(如界面范围、小语种语音效果)的产品走查验收,确保产品在不同语言环境下的准确性和用户体验; 4、与研发、设计、市场营销等部门紧密合作,确保产品从概念到上市的全流程顺利进行。 1. Conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and user research in overseas markets, accurately capturing industry trends and competitor dynamics. Identify and analyze international user needs, aligning them with the business strategy to develop clear product planning and objectives. 2. Deeply understand user experience and manage the full product requirements analysis, design, and implementation process. Oversee product acceptance for the international cockpit version and ensure achievement of quantitative product and experience goals through metric tracking. 3. Leverage overseas base advantages and effectively utilize native speakers to conduct product localization reviews (e.g., interface elements, minor language adaptation for voice functions), ensuring product accuracy and optimal user experience across different language environments. 4. Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Value Delivery: Lead the local market operations of XPeng’s overseas intelligent cockpit, working with product marketing teams to effectively communicate the value of cockpit features. Focus on promoting key functions tailored to the unique positioning and highlights of the intelligent cockpit. 2. Key Feature Operations: Drive product operations for distinctive and differentiated overseas features, gathering insights into local user preferences. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with local market needs and user expectations. 3. Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry and competitive trends regularly, analyzing market developments to provide data-backed insights for feature positioning and market strategy. 4. User Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product iteration and optimization. 5. Support for Local Media and Content Production: Assist in local media operations, content creation for technical communications, and expansion of media resources. 6. Competitive Response: Track competitor activity and recommend market response strategies accordingly.
1.负责整车集成测试质量管理(含市场&工厂&售后&NPS),完成实车测试问题闭环推进工作; 2.负责相关项目复合型问题解析、问题排查和定位、录入系统管理推进和关闭问题; 3.跟进流出问题,组织横展与规避方案并落实; 4.对测试数据进行统计梳理,条理化管理测试问题; 5.参与组内知识体系建设与能力建设;并对测试质量管理流程进行优化和改进。编写和维护测试用例:基于产品需求,编写详细的测试用例,包括预期结果和测试步骤。使用测试管理工具维护用例库,确保用例的可追溯性和更新。 6.技术更新和培训:保持对最新测试技术和方法、工具的创新探索及测试导入,并在团队内部进行分享和培训。
1、负责座舱域控制器、自动驾驶域控制器及车身域控制器等产品的软件项目全周期管理,对计划、需求、版本、测试及缺陷进行有效管控,协调各方推进项目按时保质完成,对软件交付结果负责; 2、对上承接整车项目一级/二级计划,制定部门各软件专业软件开发三级计划,并执行计划管理和落地; 3、识别软件项目开发过程中的潜在风险,并及时拉通汇报决策,确保风险得到有效识别和控制; 4、作为部门内部软件交付第一责任人,以软件版本按时按质交付作为目标对内实施软件项目管理; 5、识别项目过程卡点、痛点问题,推进软件项目工作流程持续优化改进,促进提升组织研发效能; 6、负责量产车型OTA需求及软件版本管理。
