1. Preferably academic background related to political science, international relations, and/or public policy. 2. 8 years+ experience of working on automotive, and/or new technology and innovation policy issues in government institutions or related functions in corporate and public policy and affairs agency. 3. Excellent knowledge of international dynamics, regional and key market political structure, in particular regulatory and legislative process. 4. Self-driven and resilient for ambiguity and uncertainty, and strong problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as good command of local language. 6. Can work both independently and within a team, manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. 7.Flexibility to travel. This position base location is negotiable, with short-term business trips within Southeast Asian countries when needed.

1.Crucial part of the virtual team for public policy, regulatory and government affairs, compliance and issue management. 2.In the regional office which needs a lot alignment between HQ and regional offices but will also ‘act’ in a timely manner to critical issues and sometimes liaise or lead unified programs and activities for the whole region. 3.Collaborate with legal and compliance colleagues and external agencies. 4. One of the mandates for this position is to maintain a holistic analytical approach to policy and legislation development at regional level with priority and focus, covering topics of trade, climate, transport & mobility, digitalization and data, ESG, etc., in order to identify opportunities and risks. 5. Develop communication narratives and draft briefing materials and presentations, and advocate legislative, regulatory, and public policy positions in close collaboration with XPENG experts. 6. Being entrepreneurial, build and maintain healthy relationships with various external stakeholders including government institutions, key member states’ governments, regulatory bodies, trade associations, think tanks, media, and subject-matter experts on regional level. Address external stakeholders’ expectations of XPENG in Southeast Asia. 7. Participate in relevant events and represent XPENG in meetings and organize engagement activities.
• Southeast Asia Credit Business Regional BU Finance: As a financial partner, provide comprehensive financial support to the regional business team, including annual budget support, product solutions and pricing discussions, risk resolution, financial accounting implementation, principal audit, etc. Go deep into the credit business line (such as product design, channel expansion), participate in business meetings and provide feasibility analysis from a financial perspective (such as ROI calculation, cost-benefit model) • Business and financial data foundation construction and maintenance: responsible for mining, construction, tracking and maintaining relevant risk data that affects financial results, establishing a data reporting system, and monitoring loan asset quality • Internal and cross-team collaboration and reporting: fully cooperate with the headquarters BU finance team and various financial functional teams, actively participate in daily operations and project work, and participate in daily collaborative projects and operations. Establish a good cooperative relationship with business, risk control, data, product and other teams to improve the efficiency of data channels;

- Business expansion and supply acquisition efforts in Southeast Asia, starting with Malaysia - Familiar with Sneaker prices and trends in local markets and the supply source/ flow - Contribute and maintain Social media channels for use of supply acquisition - Collaboration with cross functional departments on promotional and marketing activities - Conduct weekly data analysis on the sales and inventory of each category/ brand/ SKU's, forecast and optimize sales, drive the matching of product supply and sales; - Daily business metrics monitoring and communication of vendors, data analysis, coordination of marketing activity resources, price negotiation, and driving vendors to achieve revenue growth; - Cultivate the growth of vendors through systematic methods such as products preparation/ platform understanding/ training, and maximize the capabilities of vendors - Target, plan, strategize supply acquisition based on buy side demand of brands and categories - Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Business Reviews to formulate strategy of the business - Sellers' daily order fulfillment performance follow-up and problem solving - Achieve targets as assigned
Legal Compliance and Risk Management: 1. Conduct proactive legal and regulatory compliance analyses for OceanBase's overseas business activities in Southeast Asia, with a specific focus on supporting clients in high-growth sectors such as Internet and FinTech. 2. Pre-research and assess legal risk levels within local and regional jurisdictions, providing comprehensive risk judgments and actionable mitigation strategies tailored to specific projects and client engagements. Commercial Contract Management: Cloud Service & Software Sales: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including: 1. Cloud service contracts and all related ancillary agreements (e.g., Data Processing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Pricing Addenda). 2. Various database software sales contracts. Other Business-Related Contracts: 1. Procurement contracts related to marketing activities and other operational needs. 2. Partner channel agreements, including referral and reseller contracts. 3. Legal review and preparation of legal documents required for overseas project tender submissions. Others: 1. Manage and oversee the contract approval process for the Southeast Asia region. 2. Provide daily legal advice and consultation on legal queries from regional business teams.
· Analyze the outbound travel market trends for users in Southeast Asia and Asia, develop growth strategies for various travel product categories (such as flights, hotels, attraction tickets, taxi services, car rentals, etc.) before and during travel, assist and empower Ant International Alipay+ operations in global regions, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance the growth of Alipay+ travel solutions, and be responsible for core metrics such as DAU, retention rate, number of new customers placing orders, and repurchase rate; · Based on the demands of cross-border travel business, formulate industry marketing strategies and plans by integrating Alipay+ brand/local wallets/internal and external partners/industry marketing resources, nodes, and tactics, to enhance the brand perception of Alipay+ travel solutions, achieving healthy user growth through productization; · Analyze user needs, tags, and profiles, and leverage data insights to discover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods, conduct refined operations and lifecycle management for users, and achieve scalable and sustainable business growth; · Collaborate efficiently with UED, product, and technology teams to lead the planning and launch of growth projects; work closely with marketing and local wallet teams to build marketing tactics and interactions, facilitate internal and external communication, jointly promote the implementation of marketing strategies, and enhance user activity and order volume.
