· Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 8 years of experience in internet user growth or product operations; candidates with experience in global business, overseas operations, OTA, O2O, or outbound travel industries are preferred; · Possess keen product sense and insight, strong learning ability and data operation skills, adept at thinking critically and finding various methods to achieve growth objectives; · Strong cross-team, cross-cultural, and cross-regional collaboration skills, capable of playing an organizational, coordinating, and decision-making role within project teams to facilitate multi-party implementation; · Strong data analysis and consumer insight abilities, capable of identifying and resolving problems through data; · Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and self-motivation; able to cope with complex and changing environments and imperfect situations, unafraid of difficulties, and seeking breakthroughs; · Proficient in English (including listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language; proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Southeast Asian languages is a plus; · Willingness to undertake occasional short business trips, with a preference for longer assignments within Asia; · Passion for cross-border travel with deep insights into the needs of cross-border travelers is a plus.

· Analyze the outbound travel market trends for users in Southeast Asia and Asia, develop growth strategies for various travel product categories (such as flights, hotels, attraction tickets, taxi services, car rentals, etc.) before and during travel, assist and empower Ant International Alipay+ operations in global regions, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance the growth of Alipay+ travel solutions, and be responsible for core metrics such as DAU, retention rate, number of new customers placing orders, and repurchase rate; · Based on the demands of cross-border travel business, formulate industry marketing strategies and plans by integrating Alipay+ brand/local wallets/internal and external partners/industry marketing resources, nodes, and tactics, to enhance the brand perception of Alipay+ travel solutions, achieving healthy user growth through productization; · Analyze user needs, tags, and profiles, and leverage data insights to discover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods, conduct refined operations and lifecycle management for users, and achieve scalable and sustainable business growth; · Collaborate efficiently with UED, product, and technology teams to lead the planning and launch of growth projects; work closely with marketing and local wallet teams to build marketing tactics and interactions, facilitate internal and external communication, jointly promote the implementation of marketing strategies, and enhance user activity and order volume.

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with expertise in OTA, attractions, or local experiences to drive adoption of Alipay+ Travel Solutions across the travel ecosystem. This role focuses on expanding partnerships with global/local partners, managing business success, and fostering local & cross-border tourism via innovative payment tools. Self-driven mindset and resilience in startups are required. General responsibilities include: 1. Business Development and Partner Management: ● Develop and execute BD Strategies to achieve business goals in Attractions, Day Tours and Experience. ● Manage the full sales cycle: Identify, pitch, negotiate, contract and onboard business partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements. 2. Product & Marketing Strategy: ● Lead the full lifecycle of attractions/day tours product development: from requirement gathering with suppliers, improvement of search capability, optimization of listings, and product structuring (ticket types, add-ons, pricing) on voyager. ● Design and implement strategies to enhance supplies aligned with market demands and Alipay+ technology. ● Identify opportunities for product optimization and marketing improvements. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination: ● Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to align sales goals with platform features and user experience. ● Work with regional teams for local travel-related products developing and sourcing management. 4.
