任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,5年以上海外销售渠道建设、管理、运维的成功经验,有较清晰的渠道体系开发思路;具有头部造车新势力工作经验、新能源汽车品牌、汽车主机厂相关工作经验;

1、负责区域内经销商的开发合作及关系维护; 2、 负责经销商产品、销售等知识技能培训; 3、根据公司经营计划协同经销商完成阶段性产品销售目标; 4、负责协同经销商进行相关品牌宣传、产品推广方案及落地; 5、负责协助部门进行阶段性总结复盘,优化经销商管理标准及流程; 6、负责区域内市场信息动态搜集、分析; 7、渠道开发策略、开发流程,以及销售政策的制定和分析;
1,负责澳新的末端清关和派送运营,时效提升,成本下降和消费者的体验提升; 2,对澳新各段(主要是清关和配送)物流服务商和市场情况有非常好的了解和认知,根据全链路要求确定国家段的合作及运营方案,负责当地CP物流合作伙伴的采购,沟通,运营工作; 3,通过对当地快递物流法律法规和市场清关学习理解,能和当地清关行,海关,国家邮政管理部门对话解决简单问题; 4,对澳新消费者退货包裹的履约及运营负责,提升消费者体验。
1.洞察东南亚及澳大利亚、新西兰为目的地的跨境游市场趋势,主导以东南亚及澳新为目的地的,支付宝及A+钱包用户跨境游增长策略,协同重点行业商户和商圈,提升支付宝及A+钱包用户在所负责区域目的地出境游交易增长; 2.根据跨境游业务需求,结合平台/行业营销资源、节点及玩法,制定行业营销策略和营销方案,提升支付宝及A+用户用Alipay+跨境出游心智;通过产品化的方式实现用户的健康增长; 3.和区域BD紧密协同,根据区域特性,通过整合营销等方式,联合重点商户伙伴商户驱动业务健康增长 ● Analyze market trends for cross-border tourism targeting Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Lead growth strategies for Alipay and A+ wallet users in these destinations to drive transaction growth in outbound travel within the region. ● Collaborate with key industry merchants and commercial areas to enhance cross-border travel experiences for Alipay+/A+ wallet users. ● Develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns by leveraging platform/industry resources, seasonal opportunities, and innovative engagement models to strengthen Alipay+ as the preferred payment solution for cross-border travel. ● Drive user growth through productization initiatives and data-driven approaches. ● Partner closely with regional BD teams to design localized integrated marketing campaigns with key merchant partners, ensuring sustainable business growth.

We are seeking a BD (business developmen) Manager to join our ANZ team covering the Australia & New Zealand region. You can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and work closely with our headquarter team in Hangzhou, China! You will have these major responsibilities: 1: Identify the consumer demand in China especially for cross border market; 2: Establish strong and long-term relationships with strategic partners/brands/governments in ANZ Market; 3: Build and execute strategic business development plans, and drive mutually beneficial programs with our strategic partners/Brands; 4: Formulate marketing strategies and conduct market research for ANZ Market; 5: Offer customized cross border business solution to New Brands and help to onboard on Tmall Global successfully.
