任职要求
1.6年以上工作经验,甲方市场部2年以上,有3C/汽车/科技或互联网品牌工作经验优先 2.具备敏锐的营销洞察力与反应力,擅长传播策划 3.有较强的沟通与执行能力,有识别问题解决问题的能力 4.自我驱动,作为项目负责人,能够积极主动的思考解决方案,并主动承担项目内空缺的工作
工作职责
1.品牌传播整合营销策划:根据传播目标,整合PR、social、创意、媒介等各方资源,完成整体品牌营销方案 2.产品上市营销项目组PM,对产品上市生命周期商业目标、品牌目标、传播目标负责; 3.策划输出产品营销策略,整合各领域资源制定生命周期IMC方案; 4.项目管理与执行:拉通项目涉及的各个模块,推动项目执行落地,过程中做好项目管理与风险识别。能够及时补位,保证项目顺利推进 5.营销项目的效果跟踪与优化 6.负责部分对外品牌宣传内容的策划与制作

1、负责公司品牌战略的制定、实施和管理,提升公司品牌形象和知名度; 2、负责公司品牌战略对全触点统一用户感受的牵引和落地; 3、负责公司品牌战略对品牌领域内容体系/IMC的牵引和落地; 4、研究行业动态、竞争品牌及市场情况,制定相应的品牌策略; 5、负责公司内部品牌意识的培训和宣传,提高全员品牌意识。
- Strategic planning: deeply research product, market and users, develop comprehensive IMC strategies and marketing plans across all marketing touchpoints to promote product and brand; - Project management: participate and lead the entire process of the IMC project from product positioning, objective/strategy planning, marketing action implementation to result tracking; responsible for project success; - Cross team communication: responsible for the communication with different functions to make sure marketing strategies are aligned with all stakeholders and strategies are implemented thoroughly and consistently.
