任职要求
- 3 years + working experience; - Overseas background; - Experience in managing a complete project cycle (from objective-strategy-implementation-result tracking) ; - Experience in a specialised marketing field: digital, PR, influencer marketing… - Strong strategic planning, project management and cross-function communication skills; - Strong sense of ownership.
工作职责
- Strategic planning: deeply research product, market and users, develop comprehensive IMC strategies and marketing plans across all marketing touchpoints to promote product and brand; - Project management: participate and lead the entire process of the IMC project from product positioning, objective/strategy planning, marketing action implementation to result tracking; responsible for project success; - Cross team communication: responsible for the communication with different functions to make sure marketing strategies are aligned with all stakeholders and strategies are implemented thoroughly and consistently.

Responsibilities: • Work closely with product centre and marketing centre to develop positioning, go-to-market strategy and launch materials of new products, and optimize existing product lines based on customer feedback • Analyze potential vertical markets, determine product/market fit, and propose top selling points customized to each vertical market • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
