1、负责资产的日常管理,含资产验收,资产贴标,资产盘点,资产放行,离职交接跟进,报废跟进。 2、负责管辖区域的资产管理系统推动,需求优化。 3、负责管辖区域的资产管理员赋能,推动资产管理落地。 4、负责闲置资产的确认和部门间协调利旧。 5、部门重大项目的推动,现场跟进落地。 6、负责资产使用效率提升,相关改善水平展开落地。 7、其它上级领导交代的事项。
1、负责全球人才流动运营流程优化,提升员工体验。主导跨境外派员工体验改善项目及落地; 2、优化全球人才流动团队与各相关方的协作机制,建立SOP并实时监测; 3、推动相关系统的持续迭代; 4、负责相关供应商招采、统筹和日常管理。 Position Description 1、Responsible for optimizing the global talent mobility operation process to enhance employee experience. 2、Lead the improvement projects and implementation of cross-border employee experience; 3、Optimize the collaboration mechanisms between the global mobility team and all relevant stakeholders, establish SOPs, and monitor in real-time; 4、Drive the continuous iteration of related systems; 5、Responsible for the procurement, coordination, and daily management of related vendors.

1、签证与移民管理: -负责处理全球范围内员工的商务签证、工作许可、居留许可等申请的全程管理,包括咨询、材料准备、提交、跟踪及延期。 -与外部移民律师、领事馆及政府机构建立并维护良好关系,以确保及时获取最新信息并高效处理申请。 -就签证和移民相关事宜为员工、经理和HRBP提供准确的咨询和指导。 2、派遣政策与流程: -协助制定、更新并沟通全球派遣政策、流程和指南。 -管理国际派遣的端到端流程,包括启动会议、成本估算、文件签署、行前准备和入职安排。 -与薪酬福利团队紧密合作,确保外派人员的薪酬、税务及福利方案得到准确计算和执行。 3、合规与风险管理: -持续监控全球各国移民法、税法和劳动法的变化,评估其对现有派遣项目的影响,并提出应对建议。 -确保所有派遣活动严格遵守内外部合规要求,降低公司及员工的合规风险。 -维护所有派遣相关记录的准确性和机密性。 4、供应商管理与沟通: -管理与移民服务、 relocation 服务等相关供应商的合作关系,监控其服务质量和成本效益。 -作为外派员工、管理层及相关职能部门的主要联系人,提供专业、及时的支持和定期更新。 Key Responsibilities Visa & Immigration Management: -Manage the end-to-end process for business visa, work permit, residence permit applications, and related filings for employees worldwide, including consultation, document preparation, submission, tracking, and renewals. -Build and maintain strong relationships with external immigration lawyers, consulates, and government agencies to secure up-to-date information and efficient processing. -Provide accurate consultation and guidance to employees, managers, and HRBPs on all visa and immigration matters. Assignment Policy & Process: -Assist in developing, updating, and communicating global mobility policies, processes, and guidelines. -Manage the end-to-end process of international assignments, including initiation meetings, cost projections, documentation signing, pre-departure preparation, and on-boarding arrangements. -Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure accurate calculation and implementation of assignee compensation, tax, and benefits packages. Compliance & Risk Management: -Continuously monitor changes in global immigration, tax, and labor laws, assess the impact on existing assignment programs, and provide recommendations. -Ensure all mobility activities strictly adhere to internal and external compliance requirements, mitigating compliance risks for both the company and assignees. -Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all assignment-related records. Vendor Management & Communication: -Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., immigration services, relocation services), monitoring their service quality and cost-effectiveness. -Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, management, and relevant functions, providing professional, timely support and regular updates.
