We are seeking for a Payment Product Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research and client interviews to understand client needs and market practice 2. Defining product requirements based on client needs and business objectives 3. Provide cross-border payment solutions for Ant's global users and acquirers 4. Responsible for the implementation of the product capabilities of acquiring payment products Drive product innovation and differentiation 5. Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, marketing, business, and others to deliver high-quality products on time
-Responsible for Alipay+ core product, which is to build payment and digitalization solution to connect users and merchants via e-wallet and acquirers. Besides that, the role will focus on more innovation industry on AI & AR product. -Act as an expert for the product, leads product strategy development and research the global market analysis to discover insights of product innovation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including external strategic commercial partner and internal business and tech team to deliver high quality product. - Understand payment and digital fintech industry, design product model and user flow, build product capability and integration solution to partner

Job Description - Act as the payment expert/consultant for the product internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the product - Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, project-manage the integration of payment channels onto the Alipay platform and overseas E2E development process from evaluating contracts to go-live - Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance - Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories - Ensure the development team understands the context and specifications to deliver a quality product within the timeline - Understand user mindset and behaviour through research, observation, data-mining, and E2E testing
