任职要求


1. At least 3-5 years of experience in large-scale contact center service or training management (cross-border contact center is preferred), team management experience, and a certain understanding of service system architecture and division as well as intelligent operations.
2. Solid professional foundation in operations, sufficient experience and methodology in the respective work field, structured and systematic thinking in the operation of the job, able to quickly start operational analysis work; familiar with project operation workflow, able to independently undertake complex project coordination and operational implementation, adapt to high-concurrency project operations, and reasonably arrange focus and priority for complex operation work.
3. With a global perspective, ability to plan and operate training projects for various global industries, develop systematic and feasible plans for training needs of various global industries, build a global training network system, and promote implementation to achieve good business results.
4. Excellent internal and external reporting skills, clear and organized logical thinking.
5. Language requirement: English CET 6 or above (CN) / B2, C1 or above (INTL).

工作职责


1. Based on the development of global business or merchant service experience, collect and analyze training needs, establish a talent competency model; be able to establish a complete system for internal trainer selection, training, course planning, talent incentive mechanism, develop training strategies that meet the team development, build a training system for various types of employees, and establish a reasonable and effective training effectiveness tracking mechanism. Continuously optimize and refine according to job function requirements and feedback, and quickly iterate/develop courses.
2. Based on the talent needs and capacity building requirements of the global network team, design training programs, sort out training needs, improve training courses, establish online and offline training mechanisms, execute pre-job and on-the-job empowerment training, ensuring that the training empowerment content is effectively implemented in various resource teams while continuously improving training effectiveness.
3. Regularly conduct training needs surveys for various resources, conduct training needs surveys and analysis, analyze and output training data results, track training effectiveness feedback, and manage the training process organization and training effectiveness evaluation.
4. Fully explore and integrate internal and external resources of the company, comprehensively use training tools and methodsto establish a global training network system, maximizing coverage and depth of training impact. Proactively identify and analyze training needs, engage in the planning, implementation, and effect evaluation follow-up of training projects with a deep understanding of the business.

Job Specification This role is required to operate with a strong commercial focus ensuring alignment to the Bank’s business objectives while adhering to the Bank’s control principles at all times.
