At least 3-5 years of experience in large-scale contact center service or training management (cross-border contact center is preferred), team management experience, and a certain understanding of service system architecture and division as well as intelligent operations. 2. Solid professional foundation in operations, sufficient experience and methodology in the respective work field, structured and systematic thinking in the operation of the job, able to quickly start operational analysis work; familiar with project operation workflow, able to independently undertake complex project coordination and operational implementation, adapt to high-concurrency project operations, and reasonably arrange focus and priority for complex operation work. 3. With a global perspective, ability to plan and operate training projects for various global industries, develop systematic and feasible plans for training needs of various global industries, build a global training network system, and promote implementation to achieve good business results. 4. Excellent internal and external reporting skills, clear and organized logical thinking. 5. Language requirement: English CET 6 or above (CN) / B2, C1 or above (INTL).

1. Based on the development of global business or merchant service experience, collect and analyze training needs, establish a talent competency model; be able to establish a complete system for internal trainer selection, training, course planning, talent incentive mechanism, develop training strategies that meet the team development, build a training system for various types of employees, and establish a reasonable and effective training effectiveness tracking mechanism. Continuously optimize and refine according to job function requirements and feedback, and quickly iterate/develop courses. 2. Based on the talent needs and capacity building requirements of the global network team, design training programs, sort out training needs, improve training courses, establish online and offline training mechanisms, execute pre-job and on-the-job empowerment training, ensuring that the training empowerment content is effectively implemented in various resource teams while continuously improving training effectiveness. 3. Regularly conduct training needs surveys for various resources, conduct training needs surveys and analysis, analyze and output training data results, track training effectiveness feedback, and manage the training process organization and training effectiveness evaluation. 4. Fully explore and integrate internal and external resources of the company, comprehensively use training tools and methodsto establish a global training network system, maximizing coverage and depth of training impact. Proactively identify and analyze training needs, engage in the planning, implementation, and effect evaluation follow-up of training projects with a deep understanding of the business.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team in Malaysia as KYC Operations (Specialist). Job Specification This role is required to operate with a strong commercial focus ensuring alignment to the Bank’s business objectives while adhering to the Bank’s control principles at all times. The KYC Specialist is required to utilise knowledge and expertise to manage and execute KYC-related activities, including onboarding, customer outreach, periodic and event trigger reviews, and provide SME support to the rest of the production team to ensure cases are completed in line with regulatory standard and the Bank’s KYC procedures. The successful candidate will join the KYC Operations team in Malaysia, reporting directly into the Operations Manager in Malaysia and KYC Operations lead in Singapore. Core Responsibilities and Accountability Documentation Review • Reach out to customers to obtain KYC information and documents, address any queries or clarifications raised by customers while maintaining a customer-oriented service attitude • Review and ensure that all information and documents collected are good to satisfy regulatory requirements Screening • Perform screening of customer names against lists, discount and mitigate screening hits for prospective and existing customers • Conduct outreach to customers to obtain relevant information to address screening alerts Enhanced Due Diligence/Periodic Reviews/Event Driven Reviews • Perform background checks and conduct interviews with customers • Review and update KYC profiles for existing customers in accordance with the review schedule • Conduct transaction reviews to identify any abnormalities that require further investigations • Investigate and conduct trigger event reviews on existing customers, assess customer’s business and perform AML risk assessment Transaction Monitoring • Reach out to customers to obtain relevant information to address transaction monitoring alerts • Evaluate the completeness of customer’s response and clarify where required Others • Provide support for urgent requests, assist the team in completing ad-hoc projects • Preparation of data to track Book of Work completion and MI reporting
