• Gather and analyze bulletins and release documentation published by the schemes and local alternative payment methods. • Deeply understand card scheme fee rules, and perform technical analysis to determine present and future impact of scheme fee and interchange fee updates. • Collaborate with various lines of business across the company to implement and communicate scheme fee updates impacting our business and our merchants. • Translate upcoming interchange and scheme fees updates into business requirements, and work closely with our development teams with implement these in pricing engine accurately and within deadline. • Perform fee reconciliation with Card scheme billing and invoice to ensure accuracy and evaluation of any discrepancies. • Monitors and analyzes cost performance of interchange and scheme fee, providing support on data analysis and report to management and relevant team. • Assist with performing impact analyses for merchant inquiries regarding their scheme fee expense, and perform analyses to identify scheme fee optimization opportunities for company and our merchants. • Work closely with the finance pricing function to provide technical expertise and guidance on developing new pricing strategies and mitigating pricing risks. • Participate in the development, optimization & documentation of business processes. • Other related duties assigned as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and mature Reporting Senior Manager to lead and manage the team that is responsible for the end-to-end group reporting process. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting, while also providing oversight over legal entity financial controllership, including maintenance of entity structures, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, tax, legal, and operational functions to continuously improve processes and support the integrity of group- level financial information. Legal Entity Controllership • Serve as the financial steward of designated legal entities, ensuring proper accounting, reporting, and compliance. • Oversee legal entity maintenance, including new entity set-up, mergers, dissolutions, and reorganizations. • Partner with tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure appropriate entity-level reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Review balance sheet and income statement at the entity level for accuracy and trend analysis. Process Ownership & Improvement • Champion initiatives to streamline and automate the consolidation process. • Drive standardization and harmonization of reporting practices across entities. • Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, chart of accounts alignment, and system integration. • Provide support for implementation of on-going and new projects such systems simplification, legal organization structure simplification and compliance matters Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of managers, accountants or analysts involved in consolidation and reporting. • Act as the key liaison between local entity finance teams, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting. • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deliverables are met. • Support internal and external audit processes and respond to audit queries related to consolidation and legal entity reporting.

Your responsibilities will encompass both training and quality assurance aspects. This role will cover training Customer Success Managers in Asia, the UK and Europe. There is also a small element of dealing with customer complaints. Training: • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to the company's values, culture, and expectations. • Deliver and create training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development. • Collaborate with the CSM team leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and training needs. As well as other members throughout the company. • Ensure that associates understand the regulatory requirements that are expected of them within the region in which they are based 2. Quality Assurance: • Regularly monitor and evaluate customer interactions with our various teams via phone calls, emails, and chats. • High proficiency in the English language, this role will require reviewing emails and chats for grammar and spelling mistakes. Also ensuring the right tone and structure is used. • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve customer experience and team performance/adherence to quality standards • Analyse data and prepare reports on quality assurance findings, identifying areas for improvement. • Conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify and evaluate quality trends, and contributing to the improvement of controls and reports. • Reporting any compliance failures to the Head of Quality and Complaints. 3. Complaints Handling: • To handle and manage complaints within the regions mentioned previously, experience is not required as training will be given.

• Manage proper accounting of business activities and support month-end financial closing • Make sure the proper reconciliation of accounts, resolve and close aging items on time • Work with global and regional business finance team to enforce accounting policies and procedures. Maintain adequate internal controllership. • Business partnership for new business launch activities. • Participate or lead ad hoc projects and assignments. • Identify process improvement opportunity and drive continuously efficiency enhancement • Support annual audit, work closely with internal and external auditors. • ERP and accounting system development & implementation.
