1. 计算机及信息技术相关专业，三年以上Java及Web应用的开发； 2. 深入了解Spring,mybatis,redis等框架（框架提供的特性及其实现原理）； 3. 有大规模高并发访问的Web应用架构设计经验，深入了解分布式、多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优； 4. 有模型应用的实际项目经验； 5. 有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力； 6. 有智能对话架构及开发经验优先； 7. 对大模型/agent应用有一定了解，有Agent智能体、RPA等技术有实战经验者优先；
工作职责
1.负责数字客服员工的核心能力的方案设计以及开发与维护，提升数字客服员工的独立作业效果和体验； 2.具备独立应对大项目能力，独立负责核心系统建设； 3.主动协调项目中跨部分合作
