工作职责
1. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and implement the optimal FX solutions that support business needs and objectives. 2. Drive and implement sustainable processes to ensure seamless FX trading execution with banks and financial institutions. 3. Partner with tech team to implement and enhance FX systems and tools, ensuring smooth execution and automation of transactions. 4. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify potential FX and liquidity risk, develop strategies to mitigate or minimize these risks effectively. 5. Collaborate with Product and Tech team to develop and adhere to an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements; i.e. delivery of periodic presentations to external regulators. 6. Shape and build standardized and sustainable operational workflow and service standards for newly launched product/production variations. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (i.e. Business, Technology, Finance/PCG, Operations), ensuring seamless communication and understanding of FX requirements. 8. High level of focus on digitization, automation and elimination of manual touch points (MTP).· 9. Cultivate a robust service and control environment.
- Responsible for bank account management, fund reconciliation/clearing, liquidity and international fund settlement. - Understanding of cross border settlement, foreign exchange operation settlement and related basic accounting. - Identify key areas for improvement and development for system automation to create operational efficiencies. - Responsible for coordinating with financial institutions to promptly handle any fund settlement issues and any banking matters.
• Responsible for merchant settlement operation, including handling daily exceptions, optimizing operation processes, designing product systems, and coordinating with new projects. • Understanding of payment and acquiring business, cross border settlement, foreign exchange, payment clearing, merchant settlement and related basic accounting. • Coordinate with personnel from different departments and teams to conduct in-depth analysis of abnormal issues, identify root causes, and promptly and thoroughly resolve anomalies to prevent recurrence of such issues. • Analyze operational data and generate corresponding summaries to help the team self-assess merchant settlement service quality and staff efficiency. • Identify key areas for improvement and development for manual process or system automation to provide better service for clients and create operational efficiencies.

Working closely with compliance, AML & sanctions, privacy, IP and litigation teams to ensure regulatory risks are properly managed. 3. Supporting the internal review and approval processes for new strategic initiatives. 5. Managing legal policies and procedures for the payment and remittance business. 6.
