1. Issue consolidated reports for the international business group to ensure the accuracy of financial reports. 2. Support the evaluation of accounting treatments and their impact on the company's financial statements; help issue accounting memos and ensure accurate accounting treatments. 3. Preparing financial statements under various standards for the international business group, including local GAAP and IFRS. 4. Help disclose financial data and communicate with relevant institutions. 5. Provide suggestions and support the implementation of measures to improve the process and efficiency of financial reporting management. 6. Support investment accounting activities, including subsidiary mergers and acquisitions.

You'll make an impact by • Being responsible for risk and internal control implementation within DI China. • Carrying out post control for special price sanity checks. • Facilitating review meetings for special price risky cases with management and following up on remedial actions. • Performing reporting and financial analysis tasks assigned by management.
1、Develop the annual overseas internal control work plan, carry out internal control work in accordance with team goals, and assist in improving the company's internal control management system; 2、Responsible for developing and refining the company's overseas internal control policies, processes, and standards to meet legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements; 3、Conduct diagnostic analysis of business management processes, plan internal control projects, and oversee project processes and delivery quality; 4、Assess and monitor internal control risks related to overseas operations, promptly identify and correct issues; 5、Provide internal control training and guidance to help improve the business's risk prevention and control capabilities.

1. Responsible for preparing and reviewing the financial statements of Brazil entities in accordance with IFRSs, local disclosure requirements and other laws and regulations in Brazil. Execute and continuously optimize the methodology of quality control to ensue the accurate and complete reflection of financial conditions and operating results. 2. Ongoing monitoring of monthly financial results at the entity level, identifying issues and preventing compliance risks by performing comprehensive financial statement analysis and reconciliations. Providing remediation suggestions and drive other departments to take actions when necessary. 3. Responsible for facilitating the statutory audit of Brazil entities and on-time issuance of audit reports by audit firms, coordinating with both local and Group auditors as well as multiple internal departments to control the progress and quality of the audit. Participate in discussions regarding key accounting and auditing issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations and consistency with Group policy. 4. Collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, tax, legal and other internal teams, and identify and promote opportunities for mutual goals.
