任职要求


• 8 years+ experience in a product management or related role with 2 or more years in a leadership position. Previous experience in lending, cross border payments or ecommerce industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English as the role requires working with international teams and both internal/external clients.

• Proficiency with electronic Know-Your-Customer (KYC) onboarding process, corporate payments or transaction banking products (i.e: deposits, loans, interbank, accounting, payment and settlement, or international trade finance) would be preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans

• Strong organizational acumen – ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration

• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.

• Able to work efficiently with multiple cross functional team including business, risk, compliance, technology, development and test teams;

• Ability to deliver under pressure.

• Singaporeans or PR preferred.

工作职责


• Own the product vision: work with the management team, tech team and the various domain leaders across Ant Group to set the vision and goals for our digital banking products.

• Customer first: Understand competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights and trends to drive innovative solutions to address customer pain points.

• Articulate value propositions of business initiatives. Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories. Ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline

• Lead product prioritization: Develop and run the process to define, assess and prioritize features to set the product roadmap, working closely with the tech team.

• Set objectives and track metrics for products and features: measure the engagement and success of each product and feature, and iterate continuously to reach the overall objectives.

• Communicate and engage with all relevant stakeholders: portfolio companies, stakeholders in Ant Group, and other users: ensure all features and products are launched and communicated in a way where all users and stakeholders are kept informed to ensure immediate uptake, usage and quick feedback.

Collaborate with Business Units and Business Intelligence to design data-driven campaigns, campaign performance analysis and A/B testing. Track and monitor product performance across channels, markets & customer profiles, and develop insights on persona of customers and maximize process & profitability based on targeted customer segments. Own repository for product programs and product approvals; ensuring the versions are up to date and the appropriate approvals and renewals are conducted timely.
